Alex POV

I woke up with my ribs throbbing. Slowly I got up and walked painfully to the bathroom

I took out a bottle of pain medication and stared at the bottle

" I could end this all the pain could all just disappear " I thought i opened the bottle and took out two closing it and shoving it back into the cupboard

"but not today "I said putting the pills in my mouth swallowing them

I put on a black hoodie and my baggy jeans then I slid on my black converse and my glasses and walked to school

...

I was walking through the halls  when Axel came up to me  anger written across his face

"what the hell " he said

" yes " I replied plainly trying my best to show no emotion

"Do you like Ashley or something" he said

"why do you care ''I yelled at him

he put me in a choke hold up against a wall and I began to scratch at his hands for air.

" I asked you a question faggot'' he said

"no" I squeaked trying to take in a breath

" then why did she sit on your lap and hug you " he said

" I was just comforting her shes just my friend" I said losing air he let me go and I fell to my knees coughing

"whatever" he said walking away I got up and continued my way through the long halls when Ashley came from around the corner

"oh Alex your neck" she said lightly running her fingers over the bruising skin

"Is it Axel again I swear to God I'm going to kill him" she screamed earning us a few stairs I chuckled a little

"Ash I'm fine" I said smiling to reassure her she smiled back looking a bit unsure of my answer

"Okay if you say so" she said then the bell rang and we walked in sitting in our assigned seats. Anatomy was always my least favorite I couldn't wait for it to be over 

When the bell finally rang I got up and waited for Ashley she came up to me smiling

"hey" she said waving

"Hi" I answered as we began walking to class. I noticed Axel following behind us

Ashley turned around and looked at him

" boo'' she yelled he flinched and kept walking looking back at her then his eyes trailed to me. I could see the evil look in his eyes as he smirked and chuckled

"that was weird" I said feeling a bit uneasy

"yeah it was he's lucky I didn't punch his little bitch ass" she said causing me to laugh at her it was adorable when she was scary

"shut up"she said pushing me

we walked into the cafeteria and everyone looked at us. I always hated when everybody looked at me it made me feel so swksward. we walked to our table and everyone went back to what they where doing

"what is up with people today" she said then I noticed Axel from across the room he was staring me down with so much hatred in his eyes

He turned away talking to the schools whore Alissa she was wearing a black mini shirt that showed half of her butt and a small blue crop top that showed most of her boobs

"See Ash those are the type of girls that made me gay" I said to her she began to laughloudly clutching onto her stomach

she slipped out of her seat falling in the ground and I chuckled along with her. She got up catching her breath

"oh Alex you kill me" she said wiping her tears

...

The final bell finally rang and I started to walk home realizing I didn't see Alex at the tree like usual that's weird I thought to myself

I was by the brick wall when I looked down to see my old blood from yesterday I sighed.  Suddenly my head was pushed into the brick wall once again.

I hit my head so hard I couldn't see straight. Finally my vision unblurred and I saw Axel he kicked me hard in the stomach I gasped for air looking at him

he grabbed a fistful of my hair putting me on my knees

"Axel what the hell have I ever done to you" I screamed my head throbbing in pain.

" faggots like you made my father kill himself it's your fault" he said smacking me I cried on the ground blood trickling from my nose.

" I'm sorry" I whispered my vision becoming cloudy. I could feel the darkness begin to surround me as I passed out in the sidewalk.
