Icha cha fans

It had been a couple days since we arrived at tazuna's place, I slept in the room Kakashi was in since there was no more spare rooms. I sigh as I sit up, kakashi was awake but just relaxing
"So he killed your younger sister?"
"Yeah... Sorry bout going off at you, probably not the best thing to do in the midst of battle huh?"
"No not really, but you weakened the enemy which is something" he says quietly, I walk over to him and sigh
"Why did you let me continue fighting? I was sure you'd make me sit out or something"
"I saw your capable of protecting yourself, so there was no trouble in letting you fight, it's only when you began to show a lot of anger when I had to step in" he whispers, I sigh..
"Thanks.. Again"
"It's fine, it's my responsibility to keep you all safe when outside of the village so" I nod understanding what he meant,
"You feeling any better?"
"Less tired then before otherwise not much" he answered simply, I sigh
"Your so quiet" I whisper.. He seems to smile at me
"No different from you" I smile a little as he sat up, I was seated next to him, just enjoying the quietness that surrounded them.
"The team is out with tazuna.. Tsunami and inari are still here though" I say quietly, kakashi nods, I then look to his bag and smirk, I got up. Walked over to it, grabbed one of his books and then walked back over to him handing him his book. He smiled and chuckled
"Thanks Koba" he says smiling, I smile back at him as I sit down and sigh "how's your stomach?"
"Oh that. I heal quickly so it wasn't that big of a deal" I say shrugging, kakashi raised an eye brow
"Heal quickly huh?" He asks me I nod my head
"It's a thing that's in my clan" I say..
"How old was your sister?"
"Which one?" I ask..
"Hmm the one you mentioned before"
"Zuri.. She was 8.." I whisper. Kakashi sighs
"Why did you say which one?" He asked, I sigh..
"One older one younger, the same with my brothers. " I whisper..
"So your the middle child?"
"Was" I correct him, he looked at me with a saddened look
"Four siblings?" He asked, I sigh and nod my head
"Yeah.. Being out of the village reminds me of them sometimes.. Why i was so nervous going out of the village in the first place..." I whisper, I then sighed as I looked down "zuri and I had came here with our uncle years ago..." I whisper
"So what happened to your uncle?"
"Uncle? Oh, he was murdered. Right Infront of me" I say slowly.. "Zuri was killed by zabuza... I had to go home by myself"
"What about-"
"Kano and Misaka were on missions at the time and my father and mother were at home, I had to cross two borders just to get home" I whisper sighing. "Kinda stupid really"  I whisper.. Tsunami then opened the door and smiled
"Masayuki?" I look up and smile, kakashi reading quietly
"Hey tsunami-San" I whisper, waving a little.
"Oh, yes, um could you help me make dinner please?" I smile and nod
"Sure it'll be like cooking for the family" I say, I look back to Kakashi and sigh "Sensei... Try not to tell the there what I've told you, I don't need others having pity on me because of what's happened to me" I tell him, he nods and smiles
"Don't worry, I didn't plan on telling the team, you have your secrets"
"And you have yours" I say nodding my head, he nods back, I then walk out to go help tsunami make dinner..

I sat there watching Masayuki leave... What a tragic thing to come back too.. No wonder he was so angry at zabuza.. Hell the boy wanted to kill the man for slaughtering his younger sister.. I might ask him about it later when the teams not around,. But her uncle being murdered? Geez what has that kid gone through? I sigh reading my book quietly...

Time skip~

So it had been at least an hour or so, when Masayuki came in holding a plate.
"Hey, sorry it took so long. It's just ramen but it's homemade" he says shrugging carelessly, I smile a little behind my mask and take the plate from him
"Thanks" I mutter, he then sighed grabbing out his book
"You want me to leave?" I shrug
"You can leave if you want, I don't really mind"
"Yeah but.. "
"Just don't look then, if your that concerned I'll get upset over something as stupid as seeing my face then go out, it's your decision" I say sighing, he nodded slowly and sighed.
"You kinda remind me of Kano sometimes.." He whispered. I sigh, pulling my mask down, he had closed the door after himself so the other genin couldn't see.
"So.. I heard that you were in a different team before now?" I ask, he looks up at me.. He just stared. I sigh give him a disappointed look. "Could you just answer me and not stare at me like a girl would?" I ask, he shakes his head and blushes..
"U-uh s-sorry.." He says blushing madly.. I sigh as he set his book in his lap.
"Yeah I was. Kashime's team" I nod my head.. Kashime hoshiyu died only a year ago on a mission with his team.. Rumours say the only one member survived the brutal encounter with some high ranking rogues. Killing kashime, and his two other students Akira jojishu and fukawa uchikoru. I'm guessing Masayuki is the last living member of that team.. How much as this kid gone through?!..
"Akira and fukawa were great people, real teammates. Too bad they died on that stupid mission" Masayuki growled.. I sigh
"Well.. It happens Masayuki, everyday" he sighs but he's at my words and looks to his books
"Kashime-Sensei always did say that I should stop reading Icha Icha and focus on being a ninja more.. Never thought bout tit until now" he whispered, I frowned
"How could anyone not wanna read this piece of art" I say holding up my own book, Masayuki smiled.
"Agreed, Icha Icha is the best book series no matter what!" He shouts proudly, I nod and smile. At least I know someone who shares my liking to the Icha Icha series now. I smile and sigh
"What chapter you up to?" I ask,
"Uh.." He quickly flipped through the pages "just finishing chapter 20 why?" I shrug "but I don't want it to end!! I like it so much!!"
"There is another book"
"Yeah?!" He shouts, I smile and nod. "And a movie" I say smirking me he gawks and blushed madly
"Oh yeah!!!" He shouts grinning.. "Wait, that's the next book?" He asks, I smiled
"Volume 10" I say smiling at the boy. He grins. "You can borrow mine if you want, I'm currently reading the latest one so"
"How many times you've reread them? I've reread mine about 5 times!"
"23  time, going on 24 after this book is finished" he gawks and grins
"Dude!! Your like.. Amazing!" He shouts laughing to himself, I chuckle at him. He seems so happy talking about the books,
"I usually don't talk about it though.. You know?" I nod understanding completely
"yeah, when others ask you to read it out loud and your in one of the.." I clear my throat a little "sexy parts.. No it's literally so hard to keep cool"
"I know I know!" He says nodding his head "worst is when people get hold of it and yell at you your a pervert, we are not perverts!!!" He shouts, i smile, this kid..
"True, friends done it to me..."
"Older brother" he says smirking, I smile and nod again.. It's strange we have the same interests. Sure we're different but we're alike as well... I'm just stunned by how much this kid and I are alike. Same interests same opinions.. Like clones.. However, this kid is interesting by far. I just smile at him as we then got caught up in our books. He was sitting next to me pointing out certain things he didn't understand... It felt good to be honest.. Sharing that weird interest of the book series Icha Icha paradise with someone.. Who likes the same way I do...
