*~~~*Hiccup*~~~* - Congrats! You're Officially Five!

Start from the beginning

"Astrid calm down," you chuckled. "We'll get back to the Great Hall in no time."

Although Astrid's persistence amused you, you couldn't help but feel slightly disappointed with how she had interrupted you and Hiccup's intimate moment.

As if he had read your mind, Hiccup placed his chin on your shoulder, whispering in your ear, "Don't worry. Once the celebrations are finished, we can have a little party of our own, if you want."

You giggled bashfully as he kissed your ear. He always had a way of making you feel flustered.

Astrid, who had been an unfortunate witness to all of this, pretended to barf. Laughing to herself, she forced the two of you out of the forge with a, "C'mon, out you go!"

You, Hiccup and Astrid walked back to the Great Hall and as soon as the doors opened, everyone starting bombarding you guys with questions and statements.

"Where have you guys been?!"

"Why were you gone for so long?"

"What happened to Hiccup's armour?!"

"Why is (y/n)'s hair all messed up?"

"Enough!"

The questions immediately stopped and everyone made way for the Chief of Berk. He approached his son and put one hand on his shoulder, while the other one was behind his back.

"Dad," Hiccup breathed, relieved, "am I glad to see you! Come to think of it, I haven't seen you all day. Where have you been?"

"Constructing this." Stoick showed what was in the hand he had hidden.

A very regal, well-made, Viking helmet.

"Sweet Mother of Thor!" Hiccup exclaimed, immediately grabbing the helmet and running his fingers across the smooth material.

"I spent the past few days making it," Stoick stated proudly.

"I helped!" Gobber added cheerily.

"Thank you, guys," Hiccup beamed. "Thank you, Dad."

Hiccup engulfed his father in a heartfelt hug, which Stoick happily returned.

"Happy 20th birthday, son," Stoick murmured.

The party 'awwwwed', until Snotlout announced, "Alright, enough of this sentimental gunk! I want some cake!"

Hiccup and Stoick pulled back and laughed as the twins and Snotlout dragged the birthday boy to his birthday cake, which was carefully constructed by you and Astrid (Although, to be honest, you did most of the work as most of the Berkians knew that Astrid could not be trusted with food).

As part of Viking tradition, the Berkians engaged in a hearty rendition of 'For He's A Jolly Good Viking'.

"FOOOOOOOOOOOOOR. . .HE'S A JOLLY GOOD VIKING, FOR HE'S A JOLLY GOOD VIKING, FOR HE'S A JOLLY GOOD VIIIIIIIIIIIKIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIING. . ."

Gobber was hitting that note and was unwilling to stop until Stoick elbowed him in the gut, making Hiccup laugh and the Riders (and their dragons) cover their ears.

". . .ANNNNNNNNNND NOBODY CAN DENY!" Hiccup laughed even more, even though he wouldn't be able to hear properly for at least a week, it was still worth it to be with all of his family and friends.

"Make a wish!" Astrid goaded. Hiccup playfully rolled his eyes and waited for a few seconds, before blowing out the candles with full gusto. The congregation cheered and clapped as Hiccup was given a noogie by Snotlout.

"Congrats! You're officially five!" Snotlout laughed as Hiccup got out of his hold, laughing at his cousin's 'affection'.

"So . . . what did ya wish for, lad?" Gobber asked eagerly, the congregation looking intrigued as well.

"Gobber, don't you remember? He can't tell us or it won't come true," you reminded him with a knowing smile.

"Guys, it's okay!" Hiccup smiled at all of the Berkians. "I wished for a day of happiness and love and joy and . . . I already got that."

The congregation 'awwwed' again, causing Hiccup to blush in embarrassment, shooting you a quick smile. You just blew a kiss and smiled back.

". . . So now that he's told us, does that mean his wish won't come true?"

"TUFFNUT!"

". . . What?"
