22. Honesty

Honesty : The quality of being honest.

"That's so mean."

"Sorry but I'm just being being honest."

Most of the time, people like to be mean to other people and use honesty as an excuse.

Not okay.

But then again..
...when you are being
Honest with someone, they tend to call you mean.

In the world we live in, honesty is hard to find. People are afraid to honest, because people will call them mean.

So...
.....Would you rather live a painful truth, or a beautiful lie?

I know I would much rather be living a painful truth, and not being blinded about what my friends think of me and what they say about me.

Honesty is good. Although sometimes it may cut us deep, but it will never effect us as much a lie.
