Oliver hugged me from behind, i jumped then realized it was Oliver, "hey Oliver" i said in a soft voice, he kissed my cheek, i turned around to face him, "so Oliver..." i trailed putting my arms around his neck, "my parents asked last night if i had a prom date and of coarse i said yes, and then they asked if it was my boyfriend, and i said yes" i said, he kept looking at me to go on, "so they want to meet you, my parents are taking off work, for dinner tonight" i said, his eyes flashed with panic

"um sure, what do i have to wear" he chocked, i smiled, "just dress up, knowing my parents, they are going to dress to impress" i shrugged, he nodded slowly, i pecked him on the lips "don't worry, they'll take it easy on you" i said "i hope" i mumbled

his eyes widen, "no, no its just that my dad is protective, and my mom is, well my mom, they want me to have a bright future" i said tangling my fingers in his hair, he sighed, "what if they don't like me" he mumbled, i pressed my forehead to his, "they'll like you" i whispered, he smiled, "of coarse they will" he said more confident, i shook my head "don't flatter yourself, this is my parents your talking about, they're just like my brother" i said turning around closing my locker, he frowned a bit

"i mean my dad is like my brother, my mom is like me" i said, i sighed "its kinda weird" i added, he chuckled "i cant wait 'till prom" he whispered in my ear, i shivered, as my breath hitched, "i-i cant wait either" i stuttered, he smiled and kissed my cheek again, "you have kissable cheeks" he muttered into my ear

i blushed "w-whatever" i mumbled, "what are you trying to do anyways? the whispering compliments, are you like trying to butter me up for something?" i asked turning back around, he shook his head "nothing, i really mean it" he said, my heart skipped a beat, i looked down at the ground but i couldn't help but smile, i chuckled, i looked up at him, i put my arms around his neck and kissed him, "i know you guys are happy together and all, but please stop making out" i heard John say, i grinned, Oliver glared at him "dude" he growled, John smirked with Maddie attached to his side, they were nice, "it makes no difference when you and Maddie make out" he groaned, John glared at him "whatever" he grumbled, Maddie chuckled, "come on babe lets go ditch" she said, and then they left

they left me and Oliver alone, i looked into his eyes, he looked happy, his eyes were different from when i last observed his eyes, hurt, loneliness, lost, he lust to find happiness, i kissed him, "I'm happy" i stated, his grip tightened around my waist, "I'm happy too June, I'm happy i have you" he said, my heart was beating faster, "me too" i whispered, then the bell rang and we walked to first period

Oliver and i walked to the auditorium "you guys eat here everyday, why not in the cafeteria?" he asked as he took my hand in his grasp, i smiled, "i don't know" i mumbled, when we entered we sat down, "sup Oliver" Hunter said, Oliver nodded at him, "so June, your taking Oliver to that trip to Florida right" Kacey asked, "oh forgot about that" i said

i turned to Oliver, "so we're having a camping trip in Florida, there's this really big camp, and we get to bring one person, so do you want to" i trailed, he smiled "of coarse" he said kissing my forehead, i smiled 

"so I'm guessing, Hunter, your taking Eli and Kacey your taking Macy" i said, they nodded "you do know Guys and Girls have separate rooming" Hunter mentioned rolling his eyes, "that's right, and you know that the singing camp is right next to the dance camp" i added "they have a bonfire at the beach, dancers and singers" i said as Oliver hugged me "a bonfire?" Kacey asked, i nodded "remember when we went and there were people singing at the bonfire" i said "right" Kacey nodded
