I arrived at school tired, I couldn't sleep, I had fallen asleep at 1 in the morning and I literally only had 10 minutes of sleep.

"Wow, what happened to you?" Eli asked, "I didn't sleep a wink last night," I sighed, sitting in my seat. "Now all I can think about is sleep and sleep only." I said putting my head down.

"Well why did you come to school? You should've stayed home," he said, I shook my head.

"No, I'll be fine." I told him, sitting up, but I laid my head back down again straight away, "I'm so tired!" I groaned. I heard someone chuckle, but it wasn't Eli- then I felt shivers race down my spine.

"Oliver, yes?" I kept my head down.

"You can't even see me, how do you know it's Oliver? I could be a kidnapper," he said.

"I can tell by your voice, idiot." I said, "Oh gosh I just called you an idiot; I'm really tired," I mumbled, sitting up.

Oliver was sitting in front of me, "wow you're cranky when you're tired," Oliver said.

"No, I'm super energetic," I said sarcastically. Oliver smirked, "ugh get away Ollie... I-I mean Oliver." I said blushing.

"Did you just call me Ollie?" he asked, amused.

"What! No, I didn't, I-I said Ollie-ver" I said, hiding my face as he chuckled.

"Sure June- believe that. But you did just call me Ollie," he said and I glared at him.

"It was all your cousins fault; she was calling you Ollie and it was catchy, so it got stuck in my head." I told him, pointing at him.

"My cousin...oh yea, I remember- the swings. That reminds me, don't forget to meet up after school at the park," he said. Then I heard Eli clear his throat, I had forgotten he had been there, I jumped.

"Oh, Eli, hi there," I said. Eli looked at me and chuckled, I put my head down. "But anyways, I'll see you after school," I told Oliver, shooing him away with my hands. I heard him stand up, but when he passed by our hands touched, and that tingle came back again. I snapped my hand away, my head up, and looked at him. He did the same.

"Yeah, I'll see you after school," he said before leaving.

I sighed and put my head down again.

"You should seriously go home," Macy said at the lunch table. My head was still down.

"No, no: I'm fine," I mumbled, sitting up.

"Oh really? Did you write down any notes?" Kacey asked and I glared at her in response.

"No, but I can copy off of Eli," I said, crossing my arms. They all laughed, then the bell rang. "Science, yay." I grumbled.

"Yeah, I heard that we're going to be doing projects from now on," Macy said. I groaned again, we stood up and started walking to our next class.

"See you guys in drama," Kacey said, running off.

I waved, "okay, bye" I mumbled and walked into our classroom. We took our seats and then a teacher walked into the class, and it wasn't Mrs. Elliot. He looked so familiar, but I was too tired to try and figure it out, all the girls were whispering.

"...he's hot!"

"...Why didn't he come sooner?"

"...mm, Mr. Hottie!"

"Where was he when I was single?!"

He smiled at the class, "hello class. I'm your new teacher, Mr.Conner" he said, writing his name on the board.
