Chapter 9
“You know you were both wrong,” Niall said to me as I went to stand next him.
“About what,” I asked him as I sat down on the bench swing.
“What you guys said that had to do with me,” Niall said sitting next me.
“Oh,” is all I said because I didn’t know what to say.
“She isn’t your replacement I love her,” he said to me still not looking at me.
“Yeah I know I was just mad when I said that,” I said in defeat because he loves her.
“That doesn’t mean I don’t love you anymore though,” Niall said finally looking at me.
“It’s okay if you don’t love me anymore Niall,” I said turning away.
“I do love you you were my first love I will never stop loving or caring about you,” Niall said to me.
“You have to stop caring about me and loving me you have Skii now give all your love and attention to her,” I said still not looking at him because I knew I would cry if I did.
“I can’t do that,” he said to me.
“Yes you can Niall I’m not asking you to love me or care for me anymore,” I said finally looking at him to see he’s already crying.
“But I can’t stop loving you I’ve tried over and over again but I can’t and I love Skii too do you know how torn I am,” he said crying in his hands.
“Let go of me Niall let go of us just let go I already have,” I said to him crying to.
“I don’t want to let go,” he said looking at me.
“You have to Niall you have to let me be with Harry and you need to be happy with Skii,” I said before getting up and leaving to find Louis because I was closest to him out of everyone.
“Louis,” I said to him once I found him in the music room.
“What’s wrong love,” he asked me once he saw how I looked.
“I told him to let go because I already did,” I told Lou.
“And did you really let go,” Louis asked me.
“No but I want to,” I said to him.
“What’s holding you back,” he asked me.
“Seeing him hurt,” I said to Louis.
“Hmm you want to sing something,” Louis asked me.
“Yeah but can I sing alone I just want to be alone for a while,” I said to Louis.
“Sure love I’ll be in the living room if you need me,” Louis said.
“Alright Lou,” I said before he left and I picked up a guitar and started to play Over Again. (Play The Song I know You Guys Have It!)
Said I’d never leave her
‘Cause her hands fit like my t-shirt
Toungue-tied over three words, cursed
Running over thoughts that make my feet hurt
Bodies intertwined with her lips
Now she’s feeling so low, since she went solo
Hole in the middle of my heart like a polo
And it’s no joke to me
So can we do it all over again?
If you’re pretending from the start like this
With a tight grip then, my kiss
Can mend your broken heart
I might miss everything you said to me
And I can lend you broken parts
That might fit, like this
And I’ll give all my heart
So we can start all over again
Can we take the same road, two days in the same clothes
And I know just what she’ll say if I can make all this pain go
Can we stop this for a minute?
You know, I can tell your heart isn’t in it, or with it
Tell me with your mind body and spirit
I can make your tears fall down like the showers that are British
Whether were together or apart
We can both remove the masks and admit we regret it from the start
If you’re pretending from the start like this
With a tight grip then, my kiss
Can mend your broken heart
I might miss everything you said to me
And I can lend you broken parts
That might fit, like this
And I’ll give all my heart
So we can start all over again
You’ll never know how to make it on your own
And you’ll never show weakness for letting go
I guess you’re still hurt if this is over
But do you really want to be alone?
If you’re pretending from the start like this
With a tight grip then, my kiss
Can mend your broken heart
I might miss everything you said to me
And I can lend you broken parts
That might fit, like this
And I’ll give all my heart
So we can start all over again
If you’re pretending from the start like this
With a tight grip then, my kiss
Can mend your broken heart
I might miss everything you said to me
And I can lend you broken parts
That might fit, like this
And I’ll give all my heart
So we can start all over again
“Do you really want me to let go,” Niall asked me tears streaming down his face as I stopped singing.
