1-I Saw Her Standing There

I sat on the edge of my bed strumming away at my guitar, I was practicing a song I wrote for my gig tonight. I looked at my phone and realized I only had 15 minutes to get ready, I shoved my guitar into its case and ran to the bathroom where I quickly brushed my hair and touched up my make up. I ran back to my room where I grabbed a hat, a jacket,my purse and most importantly my guitar! I then bounded down the stairs whilst accidentally scratching the wall with my guitar case 'shit' I muttered as I rubbed the scratch on the newly painted walls, luckily it disappeared before my mom could shout at me! I checked my phone and I had 5 minutes before I had to leave, I grabbed a can of soda from the refrigerator as my mom walked into the kitchen. She saw my guitar leant against the counter top and asked where I was going, 'I'm going to play music with Danny' I told her. She then replied 'How are you going to play music with Danny when he is out of town?', Danny was my best friend,'crap' I thought, I had forgotten that Danny was away! When I went to gigs I told my Mom that I was going to Danny's house because I couldn't tell her that I was playing at gay bars,'Where are you actually going young lady?'she questioned.'Urmmm I'm- I'm going to play a-a mini gig.' I stuttered as she glared at me, my mom knew I played music and I could sometimes hear her listening to playing outside my bedroom door, I usually just ignored her.
'A mini gig hmm, can I come?Where is it?' my mom annoyingly questioned.'Urrrr you can't come 'cause you're embarrassing and it's in a coffee shop a couple blocks away.Anyway I have to go now!'I replied hoping she wouldn't ask anymore questions.I finished my soda and then grabbed my things and left the house as quickly as possible, I got in my car and turned the stereo on. I sung along to 'Work' as I drove around the corner,once I had reached the bar I grabbed my guitar and locked my car.
After about 15 minuets it was my turn, I removed my guitar from its case and walked up the steps on to the stage.There were bright lights shining onto the stage so I couldn't see much as I sung, as I strummed the chords on my guitar I spotted a girl leaning against a table drinking beer at the back of the room.This girl was flawless...she had the most beautiful face I had ever seen,she was watching me intently as I sung, I couldn't take my eyes of her I almost messed up my words. As I completed the next two songs I was going to sing I continued to gaze at her, just as I was finishing up my last song she winked at me seductively....
