Olivia went home the next day from the hospital. She walked in to an empty house, she sighed and walked upstairs to the room she shared with Elliot. She walked into the closet and noticed everything that was his gone. Her eyes widened, she stared at the empty hangers that were just occupied with Elliot's clothes.

She teared up, she walked downstairs to the kitchen when something caught her eye. It was a white packet, she grabbed it and looked at it. She dropped it and held onto the counter. Divorce papers.

Olivia grabbed the packet off the ground and cried. She picked up the phone and dialed his number. One ring. Two rings. Three rings. Nothing. She threw the phone down and grabbed her keys, she grabbed the white packet and got into her car. She sped off to Elliot's old apartment.

Elliot woke up the next morning with Ella by his side. He smiled and kissed her forehead before getting up. He covered her with the blanket more and walked downstairs to make breakfast. He looked around the house and decided making pancakes was probably the best thing. He started making it when he heard a knock. He walked to the door and looked through the peephole.

"Kathy?" "Elliot! Open." She smiled. He opened the door "Kathy what are you doing here?" "I came to see you silly." She touched his chest and kissed his cheek. He looked at her with a confused face. She just smiled flirtatiously "Something smells good." "Yeah I made pancakes for me and Ella." "Oh your pancakes are the best. I remember when you used to make them." "Thanks." "You know what else tastes good." "What?" She leaned in and kissed him.

Olivia drove to the apartment and took the elevator to the sixth floor. She walked up, the white packet in her hand. She was towards the door when she noticed it was open, she raised an eyebrow and walked to the door.

She dropped the white packet and felt her heart break. "Elliot?" She whispered. Elliot pulled away from Kathy and looked at Olivia. Olivia had tears in her eyes "I see you didn't have a hard time moving on." She turned the other way and started walking away. She wiped the tears and got into the elevator. The doors closed and she started breakdown crying.

Elliot looked at Kathy "Get out Kathy!" He yelled. "Why El, I thought that was a pretty nice kiss." She leaned in to kiss him again but he moved. "Stop, go. I don't want to be with you Kathy you know that!" "Sooner or later you'll come around Elliot." "No Kathy I won't." "Yes you will Elliot. We are supposed to be together!" "No we aren't! Go!" He pushed her out and slammed the door.

He sighed and leaned against the door. "Daddy?" a small voice came from the stairs. "Oh munchkin, come here." Elliot picked her up. She laid her head in the crook of his neck "Where mama? I want mama." She cried. "Shhh baby, we'll go see mama. I want her too." Elliot whispered in her ear and grabbed his keys. He drove to their house and walked in quietly.

Olivia sped back home, she walked up the stairs to her bedroom crying. She laid down in bed and cried harder. Her marriage was over. She looked at the papers in her hand. She slowly sat up and grabbed a pen. She went one by one and signed everywhere she was supposed to. If he moved on then she was gonna have too. She got to the last page, a tear dropped onto it, she cried and made her last signature as Olivia Stabler.

Elliot had gotten to the house and carried a sleeping Ella to her room, he made his way to the room he shared with Olivia and saw her sleeping, her cheeks tear stained, the papers by her side. He sighed quietly and walked towards her, he moved the papers and sat down. He grabbed her gently and pulled her onto his lap. Her eyes fluttered open. He looked at her "Hey Liv." She looked at him and moved away.

"What are you doing here!?" "I came to talk to you." "About what. I signed all the papers, you can see for yourself. Soon enough i'll be Olivia Benson again." "Liv no that's not what I even want! I want us to be together!" "Are you sure, didn't seem like you did."

"I do Liv. You just have to get where I am coming from when I saw you kissing Brian just hours after you said you wanted a divorce! You don't think I was hurt? You don't think I cried after? Well guess what I did cry, I barely made it to the next floor before crying my eyes out! Then after I talked to my lawyer I went to work and sat in my office. I didn't talk to anyone, I sat there crying and drinking because I knew I had just lost you!" He shook his head and held the tears in.

Olivia listened to the man she love tell her all these things, she teared up and got into his lap "Oh El, i'm sorry. I didn't want a divorce, and when Brian kissed me I didn't know he was going to do that." She cried and buried her face in his chest. She felt him rub her back "Shh it's okay." He kissed her head. "No divorce." She mumbled. "No divorce." He lifted her head up and kissed her. She deepened the kiss and wrapped her legs around him.

He laid her down and kept kissing. She started taking off his shirt when they heard little feet running towards the room. Olivia moved away from him and fixed herself up. Ella appeared in the room "Mama!" She squealed. "Hi baby!" Ella ran to Olivia and jumped on the bed. Olivia smiled "How's my little pumpkin doing?" "I doing good mama, how baby doing?" "The baby is doing good."

Olivia held her and peppered her face with kisses. She giggled "Mama!" Olivia smiled and leaned into Elliot "How about we spend today out at the park?" "Oooooh park!" Ella jumped up. Olivia looked at Elliot "Sounds good." He pecked her on the lips. She smiled "I love you." "I love you more." He smiled.

After the long day at the park, playing around, having a picnic, and spending family time they finally made it back home to put Ella to bed. Elliot started a fire at the fireplace and sat there waiting for Olivia. Olivia came down changed in one of Elliot's shirts and sat down beside him.

She snuggled into him. "Baby." She whispered. "Yeah?" "I love you." "I love you, more than life itself." She leaned up and kissed him. He put his arm around her and held her close. "You know what we should do." Olivia said while getting up. "What babe?" "Burn these." She held up the divorce papers.

He chuckled "That sounds perfect, come here and we'll do it together." She walked over to him and sat in his lap. They both held one end of it. "1.....2.....3." They threw it into the fire. They kissed and watched as the papers lit on fire.

A symbol that their love was never burning down.

End.

A/n~ I feel like that was a good spot to end it. I might write an epilogue. I will try to come up with a new book soon, I was thinking about a Chriska fanfic maybe, or one fanfic that includes Noah. I don't know, if you guys have any ideas comment! ~ Love Victoria
