Winning Party

Nat and Wanda were the only other girls on our team. Well so was Maria. We were all in my bedroom. Nat was trying to do my makeup while Maria did my hair. Wanda was picking out something for me to wear. I watched as Wanda took out a dress and laid it on the bed. Nat started doing Wanda's makeup while I put on the dress. I looked through the closet and found a dress for Wanda. It was a short navy blue dress. Maria curled Wanda's hair and Nat finished her makeup. Nat was wearing a short red dress with black heels. Maria was wearing a short navy blue dress that had flower designs on the side. I slipped on the golden flat shoes and looked in the mirror. I couldn't help but smile at the dress that Wanda had picked for me. I walked out of the room and down the hallway. I looked around the corner to see people. A lot of people. Talking and drinking. I looked around for Steve. He was over by the bar drinking a cold beer. I walked over and stood next to him. At the sudden feeling of someone beside him, he turned and looked at me with a smile.
"You look... Wow" he said standing up. I looked up into those blue eyes of his.
"Thank you. Would you like t-to d-dance?" I asked. I felt awkward asking Steve this. Yeah I'm older now but when I first met him I was just a kid. A 12 year old kid from Asgard. But I'm staying here on Earth with the one person who's been my friend since we met.
"Sure" Steve said scratching the back of his neck nervously. We walked out onto the dance floor and swayed to the music. A slow song. I saw Thor talking with other people. I wonder where Jane is. I stood up on my tippy toes and placed a gentle kiss on Steve's cheek. His cheeks changed into a scarlet red color. Once the music changed the two of us walked over to Natasha. We couldn't find Bruce anywhere. He had jumped onto the jet when Ultron was flying it. Bruce flew somewhere else. I don't know where. I wish I did.
"We'll find him, Nat. I promise" I said as Steve put his arm around my waist.
"You two are adorable" Nat said making me blush.
"Flame Brain and Capsicle!" Tony said, "I soooo ship it."
"Oh really?" I asked.
"Captain Fire. Or Stena" Tony said making my cheeks turn even redder. Steve's face was red as well. Steve went to go talk to Sam as I walked over to Thor. Thor took a sip of his drink and hugged me.
"You and Sir Rogers make a great combination" he said smiling.
"Thank you, Thor" I said smiling.
"Anything for my little sister" Thor said, "when will you two have children?"
"Thor! I'm too young for children. Maybe when I'm 20 or 21. Not when I'm 17!" I said slapping my brother's shoulder.
"I was simply making a joke, Alena" he said chuckling.
"Good" I said before walking over to Steve and Sam, "hey Sammy!"
"Alena! Great to see you" Sam said hugging me with a smile.
"STENA!" Tony yelled making me snap my head around. Steve did the same.
"I HATE YOU, STARK!" I yelled back jokingly as Steve wrapped a arm around my waist protectively. I thought about Loki. What will Thor tell him? That I decided to stay on Earth with Steve. I should tell Thor of Loki being alive. I won't tell him that he is portraying as Odin.
"I have something important to tell Thor" I said before walking away again. Loki may be my brother but Thor is my real brother, "Thor I need to tell you something."
"Yes?" Thor asked.
"Loki is s-still alive" I said.
"What? How?" He asked.
"I felt his presence when we were in Asgard. He's still alive" I said.
"I'll send out search parties when I go back to Asgard" he said.
"Okay" I said before walking away once more. I walked over to Steve and stood beside him.
Flashback
It's been a few hours after Loki took the Tesseract and Fury was sending me on my first mission. He gave me a file to give to none other than Steve Rogers. I read most of the files about Steve, Bruce, Tony, and Thor. I couldn't stop reading about Thor. I added on to the file to help them a bit. I wore the same outfit that I wore when Loki tried to take me. I walked to a local gym and walked in seeing a man with dirty blonde hair punch a punching bag clean off the chain. I waited for a while until he got another bag and hung it up. "Trouble sleeping?" I asked fixing my grey hat.
"I've slept for 70 years ma'am I think I had my fill" he said continuing to punch the bag.
"Then you should be out celebrating. Seeing the world" I said as he stopped punching and walked over to the benches. He stood in front of me. He was much taller than me. Then he sits down on the bench and begins to unwrap the cloth from his hands.
"I went under, the world was at war. I wake up they say we won. They didn't say what we lost" he said looking at my with his bright blue eyes.
"We've made some mistakes. Some very recently" I said.
"You here with the mission ma'am?" He asked crossing his arms.
"I am" I said.
"Trying to get me back in the world?" He asked.
"Trying to save it" I said handing him the file.
"HYRDA'S secret weapon" he said.
"Howard Stark fished that out of the ocean when he was looking for you. He thought what we think, the Tesseract could be the key to unlimited sustainable energy. That's something the world sorely needs." Nick Fury said walking into the room scaring the crap out of me.
"Who took it from you?" Steve asked.
"He's called Loki. He's not from around here. There's a lot we'll have to bring you up to speed on if you're in. The world has gotten even stranger than you already know." Nick said.
"At this point, I doubt anything would surprise me." Steve said.
"Ten bucks says your wrong" I bet smiling. Nick stared at me then continued.
"There's a debriefing package waiting for you back at your apartment" Steve began to walk out of the gym.
"Is there anything you can tell us about the Tesseract that we ought to know now?" I asked.
"You should've left it in the ocean" Steve said walking out of the gym leaving me and Nick staring at each other.
Flashback over
Through the nigh, I talked to people and danced a little bit. Me and Steve decided to head back to our rooms. It was getting late.
"HAVE FUN STENA!" Tony called making me and Steve turn at his voice. I took off my shoe and chucked it at Tony making him laugh. Me and Steve entered the elevator and went to our floor. Steve picked me up and carried me outside of the elevator once the doors opened. I laughed as we walked into the living room. Steve set me down at the door to my room.
"Go get changed and then meet me out on the living room" Steve said running to his room. I ran into my room and changed into sweatpants and stole one of Steve's sweaters from his room. I walked out of the room and sat next to Steve on the couch. He had a pile of movies ready to be watched. There was a bowl on popcorn on the coffee table with two cups of soda. We sat there on the couch watching movies all night. Soon Steve had his head in my lap and I couldn't help but play with his hair. We were watching the Lion King when he fell asleep.
"Steve" I whispered poking his nose and he woke up, "come on, sleepy head." The two of us walked back to our rooms. Steve kissed me goodnight and I walked back to my room with a smile.

Late that night I heard Steve mumbling something next door. I got out of bed and slowly walked over to his room. I pushed open the door and saw him moving around in bed. He was having a nightmare. I rushed over and started to shake him. Trying to get him to wake up. Next thing I knew his hand was around my neck and he had flipped me so he was on top. He didn't seem to realize that he was awake. His hand tightened around my neck. I slapped his arm.
"Steve!" I choked out as his face relaxed and he quickly moved his hand allowing me to breath. My breathing was very heavy.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know" he said. His breathing heavy as well.
"It's fine" I said as he rolled off of me, "you were having a nightmare." I got up and hopped off the bed. I felt him grab my wrist and pull me back onto the bed.
"Stay with me" he said. I nodded to him and laid down beside him. He pulled me close to him protectively. I buried my face into his warm chest breathing in the smell of his cologne. Soon I fell asleep with a smile on my face. I was happy to be with Steve.

Yay! Two chapters in one day! Should I make this into a series?! I feel like I want to skip Civil War since that would be a long wait to do that. But I could start with the second book and do a few chapters of Alena and Steve or her and Thor. I don't know if I want to wait for Civil War. I bet you guys know that Alena would be on Team Cap! But I'm thinking about skipping Civil War and doing the sequel about Alena and Steve's relationship. Or I could do Civil War in the second book with Alena and Steve's relationship. For all you Stena shippers out there! There will be some Stena chapters in the future. But if you guys would like me to make this into a series please comment!~ Kenlee Faith❤️❤️
