The meeting room filled with head leaders went quiet. Syndi stepped forward, a smirk on his face.
"We don't tend to celebrate holidays. But this," he held his hands out, "this day with worth celebrating."
"We lost two villages," Dan argued.
"We lost the biggest village," Log added.
"Ah, but then we, the survivors, get to become stronger. Isn't it due time a new Head Guardian is appointed," Syndi replied slyly, "and I appoint mine."
"Jordan doesn't deserve it," a new Head Follower spoke up, going by the name Bodil, "The Music Guardian was his other half anyway."
"The Peace Guardian deserves it," one named Kyle yelled.
"You're all insane!! Magic will keep everything together," A diamond wearer spoke up from the back.
The room breaks out into arguing again.
