"Oh my God, Coulson." Romanoff sighs and throws her head back. "What is up with you and Captain America? I swear if he was alive right now, you would be making him sign your trading cards."

"Wait." The slightly less unknown woman speaks up. "What do you mean if he was alive right now?"

Coulson sighs and looks down at the floor.

"He's dead." Natasha blantenly says, crossing her arms over her chest.

"What?"

"He had to put the plane in the water so the bombs wouldn't go off." She elaborates. "He went down with the ship."

The woman just looks down at her lap, holding back tears. She lost her second best friend without any goodbye. Now she's in... She doesn't even know where she is, alone with no one to help her.

"We'll give you some time." Coulson pats the woman's hand and gestures for Agent Romanoff to leave the room.

"Why are we giving her time? It's been almost 70 years since this happened." She hears the red head complain as the two walk out.

Spectator Room

"So, who is that chick?" Agent Barton questions as the two walk into the room behind the mirror.

Agent Coulson opens the file and hands it to the man.

"Her name is Gracelyn but people called her Grace. She was found abandoned on the side of the road and got put into the foster care system." Coulson starts as Natasha looks over Clint's shoulder at the file.

"Around 1933 she got sent to a foster home in Brooklyn where my theory is she met Rogers and Barnes. I'm guessing either when she was 18 she moved back or she stayed there with the foster family. The file doesn't tell the details.

"She joined the army/SSR as an agent years later and married Barnes during the time of World War 2 when she also became a Howling Commando. But then Mr. Barnes was KIA and she was heart broken." Coulson explains.

"But how did she end up here?" Romanoff looks up from the file at Coulson.

"The tesseract." He answers. "But we don't know the specifics yet. Selvig and his team of scientists are working on it right now."

"Ok." Barton nods, closing the file. "What are we going to do with her then?" He gestures to the woman who is staring at the table.

"Fury wants us to find out about her childhood, growing up, how she got into the tesseract, what happened on the Hydra ship, if there is anything else in the tesseract that we should be worried about, stuff like that." The balding agent answers. "Plus anything else she would like to tell us."

"Which is stuff about Captain America, you're probably hoping for." Barton mumbles under his breath.

"Don't you have a girlfriend to tend to?" Coulson sasses back, Natasha raises an eyebrow at her archer friend.

"Him, girlfriend?" She shakes her head with a laugh. "No." She scoffs.

"Well that was rude." He mumbles to the both of them as be crosses his arms across his chest, file still in hand.

=====

Short chapter because I want a full chapter to be on the interrogation. So this chapter is just pretty much bantering around.

Also how long should this be before they find Steve's frozen body, he wakes up and the Avengers stuff? I have an idea how long but idk.
