Chapter 11

*Kenya in MM *

Jaiden

"Look imma just give you two more months man.... I wanna see it happen" Sean said

I didn't even respond. I cracked open a can of Dr.Pepper and gulped some down. I been out the hospital for two weeks now. My arm isn't all the way recovered but I can move it better then before. I haven't really seen Kenya that much since she opened up to me but I plan on going over her house today to see how she's doing.

"You hear me man?"

My eyes were glued to the wall and I just nodded.

"I'm bouta roll out"

I nodded again. Once the door shut, realization sunk in and I noticed he left. I went upstairs to take a shower and get ready to leave.

"How the hell you only in a bra and panties girl" Jayla said laughing over the phone

"Cause I'm home alone ain't I?"

"Yeah but even being home alone I still can't manage to do that"

I sucked my teeth "Now being fully naked... I don't see how girls do it but atleast I have something on"

"True and honestly I don't understand how they do it either like what if 3 men break into your house"

I laughed "They wouldn't be worried bout stealing anything anymore but your cookies"

Jayla began cracking up and gasping for breath "Foreal"

There was a knock at my door which I wasn't expecting. No one called me. I thought I was gonna be alone in my house just like all this week"

"imma call you back Jayla"

"K bye"

"Bye" I hung up

"Who the fuck can this be?" I mumbled as I put on my robe and tied it tight

I went to the door and just opened it. I know , stupid right ? But surprisingly it was Jaiden. I looked at him nervously.

"Ummm?" He stared at me weirdly "You gonna let me in?"

I snapped back into reality "Shit. Sorry I just wasn't expecting company" I let him in shutting the door behind him

He laughed "Sorry for my random pop up but I just had to see if you were ok"

"Yeah I'm holding up fine. Just tryna take it day by day"

"Its definitely not easy"

"You aren't lying" I sat down and he did too

"I could have took you out somewhere so we could talk more but I can't drive that good with my arm still a bit sore"

"I understand. It's fine. I'm pretty mad you drove here knowing you weren't in the best condition to drive but can't do anything about that now" I laughed

He licked his smooth pink lips and laughed too. I know I shouldn't be feeling this way but it just made my body tingle. Like I had a horny urge right now. I tried to push the thought to the back of my head so it wouldn't be awkward.

"I'm sorry"

I plastered a smile on my face "Its okay"

"Check it. I heard you got the Xbox over here with games"

"I do but it's old and I don't use it unless people come over with their kids"

"I'll set it up because I wanna play"

"it right there" I pointed to it by the t.v.

"In my fucking face"he laughed walking over to it

After about 10 minutes of setting it up he was finally done. And those are the games.

"You only got two fucking games?"

"don't laugh at me. I don't know any other ones"

"Ard then we gonna fight each other" he picked the game Injustice God's among us

I laughed "Ok!"

He got the game all set up and then came and set beside me. I picked my player as Raven and of course he didn't care he picked Deathstroke.

"You know he's gonna beat me!" I said looking at him. I was pissed

"We ain't event got started yet damn"

He picked the setting to be in Metropolis then the game was finally starting. I tried pressing any button to beat him but he did something that made me fly back. I kicked him and made him fly in the air. I started laughing and he didn't like that. Whatever button he pressed well he was punching me. I was getting heated cause he repeatedly did it not letting me get a hit in.

"Jaiden stop!" I said furiously as I tried pressing all keys to stop him from hitting me

"Nah you wanted to laugh and shit. Laugh now"

I rolled my eyes and then the game was over. He won.

"that's what I'm talking about!" He said laughing

"rematch. Imma beat you this time"

"Ard" he shrugged and started it over since he was player 1

"WHAT TH- Jaiden yo !"

He was laughing so hard and I wasn't finding any of this amusing. He wasn't even going easy on me. He used so much different powers on me that I just felt like quitting.

"Ughh" I groaned

"I'm not supposed to let you win bruh"

"Atleast make it fair!"

"That's not my job"

"Whatever." I turned my head and looked away from him

"You still wanna play?"

I shook my head "Nope"

"Ard man.... You acting like a big ass baby"

"Shut up cause I'm not even acting like that" I threw back at him

"You getting mad over a game" he said looking at me dumbly

"Cause you cheating. You're not even giving me a chance to try anything"

"There was plenty of times I tried to let you get me but you just don't know how to play period"

I stood and went into the kitchen. I got something to drink and drank the rest in there before coming back out. He was siting there looked at me.

"What?"

"We just argued over a damn game"

I shrugged my shoulders "Ok..."

"You need some act right or something?" He started laughing "Nobody hitting it right?"

My anger boiled over edge. And although I wanted to just punch him in his face on sight. I decided to choose a different way to handle this.

"You need to get punched in your fucking jaw ? Nobody did that yet?"

"Nah. Now answer my questions since we both got questions"

"It's time for you to go. I'll talk to you later"
