A white tablet, I swallowed-
It seeped into my veins,
And wrapped around me like false comfort. Pain
Is a common health ailment
But I am still not used to it.
Painkillers made me unfeeling
Towards it (but only momentarily).
If only the panadol could numb
my heart like it did my body.
Maybe one day, one day.
