Until... (BWWM)

"No way bro!! Congrats!!"
Brad gave me a hug after Arianna flashed her ring to him and Ashley we had just gotten to their house to set up for my godsons birthday. 
Arianna and Ashley were already connecting and having a good time.  Both of them were similar, except Ash was a bit darker and has always kept her hair straight and she had a slim figure.  But her and Ari were basically one in the same. Jaden came wobbling around the corner, freshly one years old and looking like a stud.
"There's my man!" He laughed and reached up for me. He has his dad's green colored eyes but they were almond shaped like his mothers.
"Did you miss me?" He laughed and clapped his hand giving me a hug
"Oh my buddy! You're getting so big on uncle Mike." I saw a flash and saw that Brad had the camera.
"Here Ari come meet Jaden." I heard Baby and Ash's feet and soon felt her stand next to me Jaden looked at her wide eyed.
"He's a little shy to new people." Ash said and Ari nodded in response.
She tickled his tummy, "Hi birthday boy!" He smiled drool coming down his mouth she wiped it off no problem as he reached for her and once she got him he wrapped his arms around her neck the best to his ability.
"Aww thank you Jaden." She looked absolutely perfect holding him. She had almost a new glow. Brad took a picture of Jaden putting his forehead on Ari's and then smiling while he was talking baby gibberish. She had been kissing his face when I took him. "Alright Jaden don't take all my woman's kisses alright?" I hugged baby kissing her as she laughed and Jaden yelled reaching for her.
"Oh lord here we go" Ash said sitting on Brads lap playing with his blonde hair. Sadly Arianna took him back but leaned on me while playing with him.
"You guys should have one." Brad said and Ari laughed
"He's being deployed again. I couldn't do that on my own. I think Jaden here is just fine if you don't mind me visiting him when I need a baby fix."
"Shoot I'm going to call you when I need some alone time with Ash."
We laughed and started to set up.
At 2pm everyone was there baby had just sat on my lap when I saw the older version of me walk in. "Brad what the hell." I whispered to him.
"Look you needed to see them before you left shoot the messenger." Arianna turned to me
"What's wrong babe?"
I kissed her
"My parents are here" I whispered in her ear.
"Where? I want to meet them!" She smiled turning but I just held her closer seeing them disappeared into the family room without seeing me.
"Well I don't so." She stood up and faced me;
"I'm your fiancé right?"
I nodded she went to continue when she was interrupted
"Wow son first you don't tell us you come home, and now you're engaged too?" My father said Arianna turned and faced them
"At least she's pretty."
Arianna raised her eyebrow in response so I stood next to her and took her waist.
"Hi mother, father." She looked at me as if I was crazy. I kissed my mothers cheek and shook my dads hands.
"This is my fiancé Arianna." She smiled waving and they returned it with a smile my mother gave her a hug and my father kissed her hand, while I rolled my eyes.
"You can call me Ari though. You know what? You guys should come for dinner this week sometime!"
"Arianna." "Oh that'd be lovely!" My mother yelled with a smile on her face.
"We have a lot of catching up with him to do!"
"There's nothing to catch up on."
"Mike stop" Ari said."How about about we just enjoy today and we can hash everything out next week at dinner." She continued kissing my cheek and pushing me back in my chair taking my parents to get a drink.

••That night, 10 pm••
"What the hell Ari!!"
"Dammit Michael! These are your parents"
"Yeah mine not yours!"
We were in our bedroom stripping down currently she was putting her hair in a bun.
"Do you want to marry me Michael?!! Huh!! Do you want me to be your wife?"
"Of course I do baby" I said calmly wrapping my arms around her.
"Then talk to them. They'll be my family soon. And when we have our own kids, they need all of their grandparents." She turned and took my face in her hands kissing me it started to get heated when she pulled away.
"I want to wait until we're married now. Our first time was only my second time so I want to do this right"
"okay baby." We kissed and got ready for bed.
The next morning baby made breakfast saying we had to go out and find outfits for her aunt, Tina's moms, New Years party.  
As we were looking for dresses for her in Bebe she huffed.   "Do you really want to do this?"
"What? Marry you?"
She nodded
"Why are you doubting this?"
"Because I've loved before and he left me broken.  I'm scared to do this again." 
He hugged her; "the only way I'll leave you is if this war takes my life.  Other than that even if you decide not to be with me, I'm not leaving you alone!"
She looked up at me and kissed me; "I love you Michael."
I got the biggest smile on my face and kissed her "I love you more."
We found a nice dress for her and suit for me; we got some pizza and wings to take home.  On our way home she stopped at a nail shop and got her nails done so while she did that I got my hair cut.   
We got home and showered then spent our time cuddled up eating with Monster playing with his toys.
