Chapter 14: Letter

Star's POV

It was 9:00, I was in my jam jams, but Marco was not home yet... What happened to him?

I was in my room making myself entertained... Life without Marco and monsters was so boring!"

Then, I had an idea, I should make something for Marco, you know, for his friendship...

I got my wand and thought of what I should get him.

But I didn't really feel like using my wand... What should I make?

I sat down on a chair and made colored paper, glue, pink glitter, a pencil, eraser, an envelope and scissors appear on the table.

I should make a thank you card for him.

I grabbed a yellow colored paper and folded it in half. Next I drew a heart with the glue and sprinkled pink glitter on it. I brushed off the excess glitter to admire the heart.

Inside the heart I placed "I love you Marco :)"

Next, I opened the card and wrote a small letter to Marco.

Dear Marco,
Thanks for being a great friend. I hope that you would be my safe kid forever :)

Then I closed the card and placed it inside the envelope.

Suddenly, somebody knocked on the door of my room.

"Come in!" I said.

It was Mrs. Diaz in a worried face.

"Star, have you seen Marco by any chance?" She asked.

"No, I haven't. Isn't he home yet?" I asked.

"No, we haven't seen him..."

"Oh okay... I hope he's fine."

Mrs. Diaz nodded and closed the door.

Wow, Marco's not home yet... Where could he be?

Going back to the envelope, I sealed it and wrote "To: Marco" on the front.

Then I opened my door and tiptoed over to Marco's room.

I opened the door and left the letter on his pillow, then I left.

I went back to my room and jumped on my bed, pulled the covers and went to bed.
