is actually
saying nothing,
absolutely nothing at all
since memories come fitted
as standard;
and how they are viewed and reviewed
is largely not a matter of volition.
Dumping someone with haste, severity
and drama
and expecting
them to leave the tokens of your past love
and care in situe in the house you abandoned
and they are now imprisoned in -
a house of winds and ghosts
is simply unempathic.
