Elliot had rushed out of the precinct, tears pouring down his bruised cheeks. He got looks from people around him, he shrugged it off and walked around. He didn't know where to go. He could go to his moms, but how could he get there with no money? He didn't have any clothes or anything. He walked back to the precinct going up the backstairs away from everyone else.

He walked into Cragen's office without being seen. "Elliot?" Cragen stood up. Elliot sniffled "Sir...i'm sorry for bothering you, but could I just borrow your phone or something. I'm gonna stay at my mom's." Cragen walked to him "Of course you can son." Cragen handed him car keys, a pair of clothes and some money. Elliot looked at him.

"This is too much Captain." "No it's not. Elliot I think of you as a son, take it. Make sure to call me when you get there, okay?" Elliot nodded "Thank you." "No problem." Cragen patted him on the shoulder "Go ahead and go the back way out." "Thank you. I'll make sure to call."

He walked out, his head down, he heard the familiar clicking of heels on the floor. He froze, he didn't want to face her, he couldn't even look at her. He ducked into an empty room and waited till the footsteps were far, he walked out and ran to the car getting in and starting his long journey to his mother's house.

Olivia had sat at her desk after coming back from a walk, more like trying to find Elliot with no luck. She had went over in her head where he could go, the only place she thought of was his mother's. But how would he get there? She sighed softly and decided she'd go there tonight after work, she'd bring the kids and a bag of clothes to sleep there.

She thought about the different scenarios going through her head. The only one she hoped would come true was the one where he forgave her, and where they were a family. She shook her head getting the thought out of her head. It would never happen, he was stubborn just like her.

She picked up her phone and texted Brian to meet her up at the diner down the street from the precinct. It was time for her to break up with him.

Elliot had made it to his mom's before the sun had set. He changed out of the clothes and walked up to the house, he knocked and waited to hear his mom's voice calling. When he heard it a sigh of relief came from him.

She opened the door and instantly put her arms around him. "Elliot! I've missed you so much! What happened to you El?" He held onto her tight "I-I was kidnapped." He whispered. Bernie gasped and pulled him into the house. "Go sit down and I'll make your favorite, root beer floats." He smiled at his mom and went to sit down.

He looked around seeing pictures of Ella, Eli, and her. He looked at the photo seeing her smile, her happy.

He wondered how long she had been with Brian, how long they had been sharing the same bed he once shared with her. How long it took for him to be replaced by Brian. How long?

He wiped the one tear and threw the picture down on the ground breaking the glass from the frame. He fell to the ground and sobbed for what he felt was the millionth time today. He was done.

Bernadette Stabler had just got finished making the root beer floats when she heard the glass breaking then most heartbreaking thing. Her son. Crying.

For his whole life she had never heard her son cry as a grown man. She walked into the living room, she saw the shattered glass then the photo. She had thought about why he would do this then it dawned on her. He had found out.

She instantly wrapped her arms around him comforting him, "Shh honey it's okay." She whispered in his ear. He sobbed harder, she felt his whole body shaking. She couldn't help her own tears that had appeared. "Shh honey I know. It's okay, shhh breathe. You'll get through the this honey, it's okay." She repeated it over and over trying to assure him things would be all right.

Finally after an hour he had finally stopped "I-I'm sorry mom." He whispered. "It's okay honey, go lay down and catch some sleep. I'll clean this up." "Okay." He whispered and went to his old room. She cleaned up the glass, she thought about that day Liv had came to the house and told her about Brian. Of course she was happy for her, but that was only because she had thought Elliot had left on his own.

If she had known that he was kidnapped and Olivia was dating people she would have been furious. No one was going to hurt her son. No one.

Olivia had finally made it home at 5, she had successfully broke it off with Brian, nothing emotional or anything. She felt like a weight was lifted off her shoulders, she didn't know why but it was nice. She entered the house and heard the sound of little feet running towards her, she bent down and opened her arms.

Ella, who was wearing only her underwear rounded the corner and jumped into Olivia's arms "Mama!" "Hi princess, where's your clothes?" She giggled "I got juice on it!" Olivia smiled "Okay baby, go get some clothes on and get ready to go see grandma!" "We see grandma!?" "Yeah baby, now go get some clothes on!" Olivia patted her butt and got up. Ella giggled and ran off.

Olivia went to her room and packed a bag, she grabbed some clothes for Elliot, and then went and packed clothes for the kids. Eli walked in "Mommy?" She smiled "Yeah baby?" "Where you going?" He sat up on the bed. "We are all going to grandmas, I want to see your daddy." "Oh...um mommy I don't think he wants to see you." "I-I know baby I just want to talk to him. Can you please go get your shoes and jacket on." "Okay mommy." "Make sure your sister has hers on too." "You got it." He ran off.

She sighed sadly and sat on the bed, she pulled out a picture of her and Elliot from the police ball. She ran her finger over his bright smile. Oh how she missed that smile, she wiped the tear that dropped onto the picture. She kissed the picture and looked at her left hand right where the ring was. She never took off the ring, no matter how much she should have she didn't. She couldn't.

Olivia grabbed the bag and walked into the living room, she stopped when she heard little voices. She leaned into the wall and listened. "Ella this is our daddy, he's the best! He let's you eat ice cream without telling mommy, he plays with us, and does so much!! Now I know you don't know him but this is daddy. Not Brian. This is daddy." Eli pointed to a picture of Elliot that he had kept.

Ella looked up at her older brother confused "Daddy?" She pointed to the picture. Eli nodded "Yes, that's daddy." Ella held the picture "Daddy." She giggled. Eli smiled and held another picture up of Brian. "Now which one is daddy?" Ella held her finger up and hesitated before pointing to Elliot "That daddy!" she cheered. Eli smiled "That's right sis!"

Olivia smiled and walked out "Okay babies into the car!" They smiled and ran outside. Olivia walked out, she sighed softly. The next few hours would either go smoothly or it would be hell.

She just wanted the love of her life back.
