Jiyong's Pov
As I was walking, my eyes caught Jenna walking towards my direction. I almost wanted to greet her cheerfully when I noticed tears. What's going on?
I was confused for a second when I saw TOP. He must have done something to her. My eyes went to Jenna as I was worried for her. I went to approach her since she looked hurt.
"What's wrong?" I asked.
"I'll talk to you later." She replied and continued walking.
I looked back at TOP and he gave me a frustrating look. I decided not to chase after him since I am tired of listening to his reasons.
I went back in my recording studio and focused on it. After work, I realised that the time now is 3 a.m. and I thinked that I should go home and get some rest. In addition, I wanted to know what happened to Jenna earlier.
When I have arrived at her place, I went in without her permission as I have her extra house key. The first place I searched for her is at her bedroom as I know that she will be there when she is feeling down.
"Jenna?" I called for her but did not receive any response.
I was about to knock the door when I noticed that the door is not even close properly. I walk in her room and have no signs of her.
However, I could hear the shower was switched on from the bathroom and I knew that she is inside. I decided to take a nap on her bed as I was sleepy.
Jenna's Pov
After taking a long shower, I wrapped my body with a towel as I forgot to take my clothes from the closet. When I opened the bathroom door, I saw a man lying down on my bed. I almost screamed when that man happened to be Jiyong.
Before wearing my sleeping clothes, I took a peek at him.
"He's asleep." I said confidently.
I unwrapped the towel from my body and put on my clothes instantly.
"You did it again Jenna." I was startled
when I heard a familiar voice.
"I thought you were sleeping." I said awkwardly.
"Sometimes when a person closes his or her eyes, that dosen't mean that they are sleeping." He explained, feeling smart.
"Tsk. Whatever Ji." I rolled my eyes.
"Anyway, how did you get into my house?" I questioned him.
"I have an extra key." He answered.
"I don't remember giving one to you." I said, feeling confused.
"Before you even live in this house, I have a spare house key of yours." He explained.
"What is the need for?" I asked more questions.
"Jenna. Stop asking questions. I'm tired." He told me lazily.
"Fine but can I ask one more? Just one." I pleaded.
"Hmm." He responded lazily.
"Why are you here?" I asked my final question.
"To check you." He replied simply.
I sat on the bed and he looked at me with curiosity.
"Well, I went to TOP's house to set things right but it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to." I explained gloomly.
"You guys had an argument?" He said unsurely.
"Ya." I said softly.
"Jenna. Don't worry about that. I'm sure he feels guilty for what he did and I know that he's going to apologise. Trust me." He said and comforted me with a hug.
I smiled as I felt better with his comfort hugs and his caring words.
"Thanks Ji." I hugged him back.
"I think you better head home and get some rest." I suggested.
"I will but you have to do something for me." He said.
"And what is it?" I asked curiously.
"I want you to call him and try to listen to him more." He instructed me but I denied.
"No way. He's in the wrong. Why should I be the one apologising to him." I said almost raising my voice.
"You got to control your anger there Jennie." He reminded me.
"Ji. Stop being annoying." I threw a pillow at his face.
"Come on Jenna. Please?" He pleaded me.
"Fine. I'll do it. But I'm just going to ask only." I reminded.
"Ok." He look at me waiting for me to call.
TOP's Pov
I was about to watch an action movie when my phone rang. I took a peek at it and it was Jenna. I let out a small sigh before answering.
Jenna : Hey...Are you ok?
Me : I'm fine. Just watching movie.
Jenna : I wanted to talk about..You know about the earlier incident. I hope you're not still mad at me.
Me : I know that I misunderstood you and I'm sorry about that but do you care for what I feel?
Jenna : I do but-
Me : It hurts when you hug Jiyong or anything.
Jenna : Why are you always bringing Jiyong into this?
Me : Because this is the problem that we must settle.
Jenna : What's wrong with Jiyong? Why are you so protective until you don't want me to be close with him. Why? Give me a good reason.
Me : Because I'm jealous ok!
Jenna : You know that you're the one I love more than a friend. Why would I want to make you jealous. Unless you're thinking differently.
Me : I don't know about this but....let's have a break. I'm really, really tired ok.
Jenna : Wait what?!
Me : Let's have our own time being alone for a while and try to calm down. Maybe after that, we'll talk. Ok?
Jenna : Fine. If that's what you really want.
She ended the call immediately after talking to me on the phone. I wanted to apologise to her so desparately but at the same time, I want her to spot her mistake and care for my feelings more. If I talk about this to Jiyong, he will not listen to me. In fact, he will be on Jenna's side. I really love her but I do not know how to understand her very well. I just needed a few days to reflect about it and be alone.
Anyway, she got Jiyong and he will make her happy. They are best friends after all.
