Your P.O.V

( You are 7 years old)

It was a beautiful afternoon, there were snowflakes falling, kids were playing, and me, well, I was playing in the snow with two little boy named Laurence and Garroth in a little village named V/ N (village name). They are both only visiting for 2 months. As we were playing I see gray snowflakes?

" Hey guys, did you notice the gray snowflakes?" I said

"Yeah, and don't eat them they taste like burned wood" Laurence said

"RUN!!! SHADOW KNIGHTS ARE ATTACKING!!" Garroth said.

When he said that i froze. I notice that my house is on fire. People were burning alive or dead. My home was... gone. So i ran straight to my mom and dad. I was running as fast as my little legs could go. Once i got there, my mom and dad saw me, picked me up and ran. They ran and ran as fast as they could. While they're running i see ashes covering the snow, houses are on fire, the sky,... wasn't blue anymore, it was gray and red, and there was garroth, a little kid dressed in white, and his father. His father saw us and told those shadow knights to get us.

I thought Garroth was a nice person, but no,... his father sent shadow knights after us to kill us. That wasn't the only person that was bad in the shadow knights group, I saw Laurence with full red armor and a sword trying to kill me too. My mom stopped running and said to me,

"Sweety listen... I need you to run... Run as fast as you can though the forest, and meet me by the cherry tree next to the lake in 2 days, ok?"

"Yes mommy." I said

So my mom and dad took out their swords and tried to kill the shadow knights, but Laurence went after me. I ran and ran, but I couldn't lose him, then I remembered that he can't climb trees. So I climbed a very tall tree and jumped from tree to tree to tree. After 15 minutes of jumping tree to tree I lost him, but he was right under me so I stayed as quiet as I can, but,... lucky me! The branch that I was on was broken, if I moved he would notice me.

So I tried to move to the next tree and all I hear was the branch cracking when I almost jump the branch broke making me fall on the floor. I was badly injured in my left leg, but I was scared of him so I tried to run, but it's kind of hard to run with a broken leg so I kept on falling. Then I fell straight into a corner. I was so scared that I couldn't even feel the pain on my hurt left leg.

"P-please don't hurt me, " I said sounding scared.

He said nothing and was still coming to me with a sword. Once his sword came to my neck, he said in a demonic voice " I can't kill you.... My headmaster said you need stay alive, but with no memory of your friends or loved ones, the only thing that you would remember is your mom, dad, the last words of your parents, your burning village, and your personal info."

After he said that he got a rock and a weird drink. He told me to drink it and I did. Then he hit me in the head with the rock and I backed out.
