Because they were right. Glass was back, certainly... but not entirely. Maybe she was just latching onto the surrounding paranoia of so many previous false starts and dashed hopes, but--
If she gave up, and she was wrong, then Glass would slip back into the dark and be lost. Maybe if she pushed too hard, it would hurt him, and he would leave. But she decided that she'd rather the latter than the former.
