I was waken up from my sleep by the sound of moaning & screaming coming from my best friend Melani's room. I grabbed my phone & looked at the time. It read 3:38am across the screen.

Her room was right next door to mine & most nights when her boyfriend Brandon came over I had to deal with this. They'd sometimes go at it for hours, but I gotten kind of use to it & could sometimes sleep through it, but nights like tonight I couldn't.
I sat up on my bed & slid on my slippers. I grabbed my phone & walked out of my room & into the kitchen. I opened the refrigerator & grabbed me some cheese, some grapes & a water. I grabbed a pack of crackers from the cabinet then went & took a seat at the kitchen table.
I browsed the internet while I ate my mid-morning snack. I knew I wasn't going to be getting back to sleep for maybe another hour so I had to stay entertained.
Once I stopped hearing her bed banging against the wall I felt it was safe to return to my room & try to go back to bed.
I put my things away then headed towards my room. I saw Malani's room door slowly opening so I stopped & waited to see her so that I can talk shit about her waking me up.
My mouth hit the floor when I saw Brandon walk out. It didn't drop because he walked out. It dropped because he walked out ass naked. Like literally had nothing on right now.

"Oh my God. Where the hell are your clothes?" I covered my eyes & tried to walk into my room but ran into the wall.
"My bad. I thought you was sleep." He laughed.
"Eew don't talk to me while you're naked." I put my hand out & felt around until I made it into my room.
After I closed the door I opened my eyes then locked the door. I cannot believe what I just saw. But at least now I know why Lani stayed taking him back whenever he fuck up.
Lani has been with Brandon for almost 3 years. You can tell they love each other, but they argue more than a little bit. Brandon is fine as shit. I would never go there with him or even think of him like that but I can admit the man looks good.
