3 Caught

Kayla's POV

I yelped in pain as the doctors rushed me away on the stretcher.

I watched as the image of Casey being searched and placed in a police car became more faint.

Another wave of pain in my thigh came over me as the doctor pressed on my wound and the bed went up into the ambulance as they slammed the door behind them and the vehicle started to drive in full speed.

I shook my head from left to right with my eyes squeezed tightly shut letting out a whimper

I felt the blood gushing out as sleep took over my body

"I need you to stay awake!" A voice yelled as my surroundings became blurry and I drifted off ..

I sat up in the hospital bed and looked under the white sheets to see my leg wrapped up in a bandage and i smoothed the hair from my face, closing my eyes as I took a deep breath before a big figure caught the corner of my eye

I snapped my head up to see that security guard, the blood still stained his uniform and my breath caught in my throat as my heart began to beat in full speed

He walked over to me me slowly not making eye contact with me as I backed up on the bed my legs unable to move

He came right in front of me, his eyes still unfocused before a small hole opened up on his forehead and blood gushed down his face, closing his eyes

I felt a tear fall down my face, still watching him and he opened his eyes looking right at me

"FUCK NO!" I screamed sitting up suddenly as warm sweat covered my face I looked around seeing a hospital room again and I was still not sure if I was still dreaming but this time I could feel myself.

I went to stand up but noticed my ankles were cuffed to the hospital bed and I sighed, annoyed as anger washed over me and I let out a loud scream, tugging at my hair

A tall nurse rushed into the room and we made eye contact as I stared onto her frantic eyes. I laughed at her facial expression

"Don't make that face you look ugly" I laughed loudly

"And your so pretty" She sassed

"And you'll be sooo much prettier in jail" She smiled sarcastically before walking out

I rolled my eyes as I pulled away the white sheets looking at my leg as It lay on the plastic textured sheets and I pressed on my bandaged wrapped foot to feel if it hurt any longer. Yes I did, like a bitch.

I fiddled with the cuffs which were tightly wrapped on my ankles trying to find a way to break free but I was interrupted by the slamming of the hospital doors and four police officers walked in and one of them unlocked my ankle cuffs before pulling at my arm telling my to stand up

"You are under arrest for a case of armed robbery, and first degree murder, anything you say or do will be used against you in court" He said in a cool tone as he tightened cold silver handcuffs around my wrist

I didn't feel anything, no pain, no fear, no exitment.

It was as though I was watching a movie through my own eyes as I walked through those hospital doors, limping and every person I waked past had their eyes locked on my with an expression of confusion or fear and I couldn't help but give them all dirty looks.

Cool air hit my face as we walked out of the Hospital and a police car was waiting for me right at the door.

I was placed inside and I sighed in annoyance as the guy pushed my head down and slammed the door
