Ichigo finds himself by a river, looking around he sees many stones and boulders. Feeling out of training he sets himself in front of the largest bolder, a few feet back and closes his eyes lifting up his blade. Edward arrives when a bright blue light flashes and it throws him backward. Regaining his balance he stands up and runs to where the light came from. His eyes widen in shock when he see's what had happened.
The bolder (or what was left of it) was ran through and collapsed. Ichigo was standing at the start of the wreckage. Edward was too busy trying to figure out what had happened that he didn't notice Ichigo had walked up to him. Now noticing Edward jumped back and fell to the ground. "What' are you?!" He asked fear edging his voice.
"I told you, I'm a soul reaper. I was just testing myself to see if my power's still worked in this world." He looked over to the bolder he split in two, "Looks like they do."
"Wait!" Edward pointed to the bolder after he had gotten up, "That's normal?!" When Ichigo nodded and Edward had stopped talking, Ichigo went back in the direction of Winry's house.
