I arose from my sleep , and got up and made my way downstairs for breakfast , which was toast and jam with fruit and water , I then went back upstairs to get dressed and check my emails opening my wardrobe I looked out of my window the sun was shining and the birds were chirping so I decided on a pearl pink floaty dress and matching shoes , incase it got cold I wore my leather jacket , shawn has replied , I quickly shut my laptop, as my mum walks through the door in denim jeans , coral top and black boots she looked like a pop star " come on darling , don't hang around here , go and get some fresh air , ride on your bike or something "
So I leave my laptop and run outside , wheeling my bike out of the garage I see dad in the corner fixing his bike , there was oil on his beige jeans and top but he didn't seem to care , I smile at him and get on to the saddle I'm just about to go when my dad stops me gets his pump and fixes my tyre , i thank him and set of riding down the streets til I get to the road opposite the train station, I lean my bike on the fence of my friends house ( it's good she's not home cause honestly I don't know how I would explain this letter story to her ) i pick up the letter I saw yesterday abandoned on her drive , I open it hoping .. Yes there is a code on the inside , I hop back on my bike and ride to home .
Putting my bike in the garage once again I realise that There is a lovely smell of fresh herbs , and butternut squash, as I walk through the door, my mum is stirring spring onions and sweet potato in a pan that's on the boil , she ladles it out in to China bowls with our names on it , I take a spoon and a slice of buttered bread , my sister comes along , chirping on the phone to one of her friends , she then hugs me tight and takes her soup and bread ( why does she keep hugging me all the time I take spoon fulls of my soup it warms my insides up ...
after lunch mum and dad start washing up , and putting things away , so I have time to go upstairs and carry on , working out the code , I open the other letter , it says
