Nandini woke up n saw that Manik is already up.
Nan: Manik tum itni jaldi uth gaye!
M: Han vo.. Bas nind khul gai! Tum itni jaldi kyu uth gai soo jao!
Nan: Nhi nind nhi aa rhi!
M: Acha vo Abhi rhodi der main aa jayega!
Nan: Hmmm
M: Tum breakfast kr lo fir medicines bhi leni hai!
Nan: Thik hai!
There was an awkward silence they both were stealing glances n the change came when Manik brought soup.
M: Soup
Nan: No Manik plz dekho main bohut din se ye ganda hospital ka soup pee rhi hun aaj nhi plz!
M: Nandu plz! Acha thik sirf aaj kl to vaise bhi him vapis ghar jaa rhe hai! Plz sirf aaj!
Nan: Ok but kl se no soup promise!
M: Ok meri maa promise!
Nan: Mani dont call me maa!
M: Kyu MAA ko bura laga!
Nan: Maniiii!
M: Ok ok gussa mat ho sorry!
Nan: Hmmm better! Chalo soup peelioge bhi ki baatein hi krte rhoge!
M: Han han lo!
He made her finish the soup n gave her medicines.
One hour later..
Nandini was lying on the bed eyes closed Manik was busy doing something in his Laptop just when Cabir entered
Ca: Itna sanata kyu hai bhai?
M(angrily): Cabir chup kr dikh nhi rha Nandu so rhi hai!
Nan: Main so nhi rhi Manik!
M: Ohhh mujhe laga tum soo rhi ho!
Nan: Koi aankhe band krke leta ho to iska matlab ye nhi ki vo soo rha ho!
Ca: Ohh to Manik tum aaj kl bohut jyada hi angry young aman ho gyr ho bina matlab mujhe dant diya!
M: Par tbhi dikh nhi rha kya main kam kr rha hun tu shor kyu macha rha hai?
Ca: Ohh han main jo kam se aaya tha vo to bhul hi gya! Umm Manik Abhi nhi aa skta vo actually Nandini ke Mom Dad aa rhe hai to..
Nan(shouted): Kya!! Mom Dad aa rhe hai mujh abhi kr abhi ghat jana hai!
M: Nandu shaant ye hospital hai yahan aur bhi patients n..
Ca: Tu kyu yahan ke logon ke kan kharab krne par tulli hai shaanti!
Nan: Ohhh so..
M: Plz ab sorry mat bolna! Han Cabir u continue!
Ca: Han to usne mujhr kaha ki yahan aa jaun kyuki Navya Manvi ke sath hai! To main jakr Nandini ke discharge papers ready krvata hun tu nurse ko bula kr Nandini ko ghr jane ke liye changr kra de! Ye le tere aur Nandini ke kapde!
M: Hmm thik hai!
Manik called the nurse n he himself change in the washroom. They were about to leave when Doctor came with her reportsn gave them the next date for her checkup.
In Mananvi(Manvi+Nandini+Navya)
All were waiting for them just when the doorbell rang every body collected in front of the door to welcome Nandini. She entered in n was very happy to see that everyone is caring for her so much that ahe was overwhelmed with this gesture. Navya called everyone for dinner n got soup for Nandini n she made a face n
Nan: Mani u promised!
M: Han baba wait! Navya umm Nandini won't have this get her some pasta plz aur han spices kum rkhna n isse pehle ki tum bolo ki ye healthy nhi hai maine Doc se puch liya hai unhone kaha ki its fine to have it sometimes but not always n kl se Nandu salad khayegi! Haina Nandu!
Nan: Ok Mani but fir ice cream bhi plz!
M: Ok fine!
(everyone was shocked becoz Nandini never liked being called Nandu by anyone but she allowed Manik to call her that it was indeed shocking for them)
They all had their dinner n Nandini was taken to her room by Manik n she asked Sid to join her as she has talk about something to him(Nandini shares everything with Sid n as mentioned before Sid like Nandini but never admitted it)
In Nandini's room..
Manik made lay on the bed n gave her medicines n kissed her forehead n just then Sid came n Manik gave the two friends some privacy n left the room after bidding night wishes to her
Nan: Sid! Sid! Sid! U know what i m in love!
(he thought that she is talking about him)
Sid: Acha seriously! Kis se?
Nan: Manik se!
(he was shocked +shattered to hear this But he did not show her n replied excitedly)
Sid: Acha thats awesum!
Nan: Pta hai he care for me so much! He is so loving!
(she kept blabbering n then fell asleep n all this while he was listening to her was very sad)
He left after switching off the lights n gave a peck on the forehead. He went down witha fake smile n sat with everyone all lost in thoughts n after a while he left saying that he needs some fresh air. He left for an isolated area although he didn't cry but he was shattered but happy as she has got someone who can love her n care for her n all he wanted was her happiness. He loved her or maybe it was jaust infatuation he had no idea but her happiness is his happiness n her sadness is his sadness.
Love is actually a game of life if we play it either we win or we lose. Winning is getting your loved one till eternity n loosing is loving someone to an extent to let them go for their happiness. N letting go of a person u love is hard. Love is best when discovered, sometimes bad when experienced n worse when u let it go or it leaves or u lose it!!
