Manik entered the OT n went near Nandini he held her hand he don't know why but he did n felt n unknown peace. He was still in a shock of what Navya said he wasn't able to understand whats going on!

He was continuesly crying. Even he was confused that why was he crying but he kept crying. Nandini still wasn't responding he came out with a heavy heart to tell this bad news to everyone. He came out n everyone came running towards him n seeing his face everyone got their answer n again a trail of hot liquid poured out from their eyes Navya was crying n was not listening to anyone. She was crying n thinking of any way to get Nandini back just then Abhi came to inform that their parents flight has been delayed two days so they won't be able to come as the weather conditions are unfavorable just then an idea popped in Navya's mind
Na: Ek idea aur humara last chance to get Nandini back.. Manvi!
She ran to Manvi's ward just to find her coming towards her only
Na: Mano tu kahan jaa rhi hai?
Ma: Di Nans ki jo halat hai vo meri vajah se hai main uske paas jaa rhi hun mujhe abhi milna hai usse!
She said this n Navya hugged her tightly. She carefully took her to OT n left from there
Ma: Nans baccha i'm sorry ye tumhari galti nhi thi main hi uss insaan ki niyat nhi pehchan pai vo bura tha tum nhi plz bacche vapis aa jao main tumse promise krti hun tumhari puraani vali Mano di bnugi tumse kabhi rude behave nhi krungi plz Nans vapis aa jao! Mere liye nhi to Manik ke liye! Han mujhe pta hai that u love Manik. Plz apni Mano di ko maaf kr do aur vapis aa jao plz!
She was crying n then Nandini responded. Manvi calles the Doctors n they came n told her to stay out. She left giving a peck on her hand.
They all were waiting outside for the doctors to come. Manvi was taken back to her ward. She was lying on her bed n was lost in deep thoughts just when Dhruv came n sat beside her she gave him a faint smile n he too reaponded with a smile
Dh: Manvi u r ok tumhe kuch chahiye?
Ma: Han Dhruv i'm fine!
Dh: Manvi mujhe tumhe kuch kehna tha!
Ma: Han Dhruv bolo! Kya hua?
(She sat straight with the help of Dhruv)
Dh: Manvi vo ma..main tu..tumhe ku..kuch bo..bolna chahta tha
Ma: Han bolo stammer krna band kro main kha nhi jaungi tumhe!
Dh: Vo Manvi main
(He was about to say something just when the nurse came n saked him to go as Manvi needs to have her medicines n needs rest to which he unwantedly had to agree)

Don't worry Manvi ab to main mere proposal ko sabse best proposal bnaunga. Manvi i'll take away all your sorrows. I LOVE U MANVI! I LOVE U!

Doctor came n told them that the surgery was a success n she may take about 24-30 Hours to gain conciuosness n only two people are allowed here in the hospital. So Navya n Cabir stayed with Nandini
Dh: We someone fo stay with Manvi too so main ruk jata hun. Abhi u go n take some rest main yahan rukunga.
Ab: Nhi Dhruv plz tum jao main yahan rukta hun!
( Understanding Dhruv' s situation Manik said)
M: Abhi chal na yar dekh u look tired subah se bhag rha hai Dhruv rukega na yahan par chal
Ab: Acha agr Dhruv ko koi problem nhi to thik hai hum chale hai! Bye Navya aur han Cabir plz dekhna ki ye fir Madhubala ki tarah aansu na bahaye varna main teri jaan le lunga
Ca: Are mere bhai tension mat le main aise kuch nhi hone dunga chalo ab tum sab jao thik hai! Bye
They left for home.
