Abhi got to know about Nandini's condition n was now broken Manvi's operation was successful, they all were happy for it but now Nandini was in a bad condition but theyy were told not to give any stress to Manvi till she is fully cured n keep her happy but still they all had a confusion that what happened that Manvi hurted herself this much badly.
Here in the hospital Nandini was taken to the Operation theater n doctors n nurses were running here n there. Navya was sitting on the bench continuesly sobbing just then Abhi came. As she saw him she tightly hugged him n said
Na: Bhai ye kya ho rha hai humari life main. Kash maine Manvi aur Nandini ko uss party main jane hi nhi diya hota. Mujhe pehli bar meri inner conscience ne itna mana kiya but maine uske sath lad ke unhe vahan bheja. Kash abhu mom dad hote humare sath.
Ab: Maine unhe bula liya hai vo kabhi bhi yahan aate honge.
Na: Bhai but Manvi ne apne sath aise kyu kiya?
Ab: Main bhi issi sawal ka javab soch rha hun.
A nurse came n said that Manvi is shifted to the ICU so they can go meet her she will gain conciousness in some time. Here Manik was in a delimma to go meet Manvi or stay with Nandini.

Kaisi life hai dono sisters are suffering but still they never let anyone know with this smile of their. This smile! Manvi fir apna gussa aur dukh kisi ko btati thi but Nandini! Usne to kabhi pta bhi nahi lagne diya that she is suffeing this much ( No one still knows that Nandini is an adopted sister to Manvi n Navya). She is such a pure innocent soul so nice she is she helped me. I feel sorry for her I want to stay here with my friend but my love is also in a bad conition what should I do? Should I go to Manvi or stay here with Nandini?

M: I will stay here with Nandini n rhen go n meet Manvi once she wakes up. No I should just go n check on Manvi. Han thats a gud idea
Scene changes...
Dhruv was standing by ICU's door staring Manvi who was lying lifeless on the bed he entered the room n went near her n sat beside her held her hand n started sobbing n saying
Dh: Itna kuch! Itna kuch chupa kr iss jhuti smile ko lgakr chal rhi thi tum. Manvi itni sweet itni innocent! Main to pehli bar main hi tumhe dekhkr tumpr tumhare angry young look par mar gya tha but kabhi bta nhi paya. Par mujhe nhi pta tha ki tum pyaar se itna dur kyu rehti thi? Kyu humesha ye jhuti smile lekr chalti thi agr pta hota to kabhi bhi tumhr iss condition tak pahunchne nhi deta! I love you Manvi han tumne sahi sunna! I LOVE YOU! I Love you very much! N ab mere dil main tumhare liye respect aur bhi badh gai hai! I respect you even more!
This whole conversation was heard by one more person who was heart broken by this confession n that was none other than Manik. His best buddy loves the girl he loves! N here he decides to leave her as Dhruv loves Manvi n he can't let him know about his own feelings n he leaves from there n stands outside the OT where Nandini was being opearated. He stood there but this time he was crying not because he was heart broken but something pinched his heart to see her lying there fighting with life n death! She is fighting with death n he was fighting with life, he was continuesly sobbing seeing her like that.
Scene changes...
Navya was sitting on the bench n crying continuesly n this scene hurted a person the most that was Cabir he sat beside her n hugged her from side to assure her that she is not alone n not to be blamed.
Ca: Navya tum agr iss tarah roo gi to Manvi aur Nandini ko kaun sambhalega vo dono to tut jayengi.
Na: To kya krun main Cabir main meri dono beheno ke bare main janti thi par dono ko unki conditions ke bare main nhi bta skti thi aur na hi dono main se ki ko hurt nhi krna chahti thi.
Ca: What do you mean Navya ki Manvi ko Nandini ke Cancer ke bare main kuch nhi pta?

(She said this crying loudly n then hugged Cabir n he hugged her back)
Manvi was concious n Dhruv who was sitting beside her called the doctor n Navya too. She went near her till then Abhi too came but finding Nandini nowhere she asked
Ma: D..di nan..Nandini kahan hai?
Na: Nan... Nandini..
