If youre calling a girl in Japanese, you state their name and add さん (san) as a suffix.
If youre calling a boy in Japanese, you state their name and add くん (kun) as a suffix.
If youre calling your best friend whether its a boy or girl, you state their name and add ちゃん (chan) as a suffix.
If youre calling a teacher in Japanese, you state the name of the teacher and add せんせい (sensei) as a suffix.
If youre calling a principal in Japanese, you state the name of the principal and add こうちょう せんせい (kouchou sensei) as a suffix.

If you have 2 friends that dont know each other, this is the way you will introduce them.
S1 : S2 san/kun, S3 san/kun.
S2 : Hajimemashite. S2 desu. Nickname wa, NN of S2 desu. Dozou yoroshiku onegaishimasu.
S3 : S2 san/kun?
S2 : Hai!
S3 : Hajimemashite, S3 desu. Nickname wa, NN of S3 desu. Dozou yoroshiku onegaishimasu.
