Unit 1 Session 2 - Japan In My Home

in this session, we will learn some information about Japan.

Similarities between Japan and Philippines.
1. They are both located in Asia.
2. They are both an archipelago
3. They are both surrounded with bodies of water.
4. Both are made of different islands.
5. Both are located in the Pacific Ring of Fire.

In Philippines, as we all know, there are 3 big islands which are Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
(But is your not a filipino, dont read the Philippines part.)
But in Japan, there are 4 big islands which are ほっｋしそ、きゅしゅ、ほんしゅ、しこく (Hokkaido, Kyushu, Honshu, Shikoku)
And in Japan, there are four seasons which are, spring, summer, winter, autumn.

TRIVIA
よしのや (yoshinoya) - is the largest chain of bigbowl known as ぎゅうどん (gyuudon)
Yakult - one of the Japanese drink.
YKK - Japanese manufacturer of zipper.
