Do you have times where you can't fall asleep? Not because you're up watching TV or up on your phone, but because for once your life is actually better than your dreams.

I didn't think something like this would happen to me and certainly not this quickly. After a few years of feeling empty, he is actually making me feel less empty and more full.

It happened four days ago.

"Alana!" A familiar voice called my name, soon approaching me.

Kian.

My heart raced slightly. He started walking by me, causing people to stare, which made me feel uncomfortable. I looked down, not wanting to cause any trouble with rude girls.

I was slowly crawling back into my shell and he noticed.

"You alright?" Kian asked, causing me to shrug.

"I just don't want to stand out," I mumbled.

"Why is standing out bad?"

"Its just you're popular. I'm not. If you're seen with me questions will be asked," I stated.

"I hang out with who I want, which is you. They're gonna have to deal with it," he said, wrapping his arm around me, causing me to blush.

"Hey everyone!" He shouted loudly causing all eyes to be on us.

"Are you crazy?" I whispered yelled, which he ignored.

"I like Alana Easley and think she is beautiful! Should I ask her out?" He asked, causing my eyes to widen in shock.

"Yes! She is something special."

"Just do it like Nike man"

"Aww you two would be cute together."

Those were just a few responses but I couldn't focus on more as my heart was beating fast.

I faced him, with his award winning grin plastered on his face.

"So what do you say? Be my girlfriend?" He asked, chuckling slightly.

"I'd love to," I smiled, biting my lip.

I actually felt happy. Loved.

But nothing lasts forever.

Sorry it took awhile to update! I was camping and didn't have any internet connection..

I'm almost at 100 reads. I know it doesn't seem like much but it makes me feel better that people are actually reading this book!
