Chapter 41: Can we?

"Jungkook?"

My eyes widen in shock. He was smiling as he went towards me. "Hey..." he said with a soft voice. I poked his cheek to check if he's really real. "What?" he looked at me, confused. I poked it once again and thats where I notice that its really him. I smiled "Its really you". He nodded and still looking at me confused "Yeah... its me.. umm.... why are you acting like this?". 

"Umm... its because.." I continued, "Its because Jin told me that you were already gone". We both looked at Jin and his eyes were wide. "Hey Im sorry!" he said and looked away. Jungkook looked at me and smiled again. He suddenly hugged me and whispered "I thought I'll never see you again". My lips formed a small smile as I closed my eyes. 'Me too...' he released me from the hug. I remembered the note he wrote in my brown book. 'When can I see you again?' I was about to ask him but Jin spoke. "Hana, just reminding you, you'll be hiding here. The vampires are looking for you" he continued, "They wont stop looking for you"

"Why?" I questioned. I heard Jungkook sighed "Its because of my dad"

'His dad?'

"Is he that old guy in that dark place with only candles?" I asked and he nodded. "He's the master of all vampires. Some of his vampire men found the both of us together. Well actually with Gab. Remember when we were at the park, performing, I found a vampire from the crowd. I remember who he is and he's one of my dad's men. My dad really dislike humans. And now that I..." he stopped talking. He shook his head "Nevermind". Jin sighed and went towards him. He whispered something and patted his shoulder. Jungkook looked shocked and I wonder what Jin told him. I looked at the both of them, confused. I just watched them fight like little kids. Jungkook punching Jin's arm lightly while Jin is trying not to laugh. I fake coughed and they both looked at me. "Oh sorry Hana" Jin apologized. "So... what are we gonna do now?" Jungkook asked. I suddenly remembered someone... someone important. 'My friends...'

"I have to find my friends" I said and was about to go out. "No you cant! The vampires are looking for you. What if they found you huh? They might kill you" Jin said. I froze in what he said. 'Kill me?' my tears were forming. "Look, you cant find--"

"Then help me find them" I said as I faced them. "You'll help me find them so it wont be dangerous for me because both of you are with me" they sighed. "Fine" Jin said and opened the door. All of us went outside and looked for my friends. 'I hope I'll see you all'

(Kai's POV)

I saw Hana went out in a small cottage with... those vampires. 'Why is she with them?' I watched them as they run into the forest.

Earlier, Kyungsoo told me to look for Hana while he will be fighting those vampires. I want to help him to fight but he told me that he can handle it by himself. So I looked for Hana everywhere. Following her scent and now... I found her.

I followed them, teleporting myself. They stopped behind a tree as they looked at something. I looked at where they were looking at and I saw all of them fighting with the strongest vampires. There were five vampires while there were twelve wolves. I looked at Hana and she looked worried. I teleported behind her and grabbed her wrist. She looked at me and she was shocked. "Kai?" both of the vampires who she was with looked at me. I teleported again but in a quiet place.

"Why did you teleport me here?" she asked. "To keep you safe"

"But I am safe"

"No your not" I said. I saw those two vampires running towards us. One of them grabbed my shirt and lifted me up. He was angry while me, I was looking at him blankly. "Jungkook, put him down" Hana said and he put me down. "Hana, why are you with this vampires. You know that vampires are--"

"I know what you'll say, Kai. No, some of them are good. Just trust them, will you?" she said as I sighed. "I dont trust them easily" I coldly said. "Why?" she questioned. I looked at Jin "Because they dont care about others. They just care about themselves". I glared at him while he was glaring at me. "Umm... do you know each other?" Hana asked while pointing at the both of us. "Yeah we do. We were friends" Jin said, still glaring at me. "Used to be friends. Now, we're enemies" I said as I clenched my fist. "Look, I dont care if your friends before or what. Right now, all I want is to fix everything. I want everything back to normal" she said. "Its impossible now" I said. "Why?" she looked hopeless. "The only way to finish this is to--" Jin was cut off by the other vampire guy. "Defeat my dad"
