I went over Jacob's house to pick up my daughters since Jacob said he wanted to keep them for the night.

I knocked on the door and he opened it letting me in.

"The girls are asleep" he said looking stressed.

"Are you okay?" I laughed.

"They caused you any trouble?"

"Nah just the crying all night i thought I would be able to handle them both but nah I need your help forreal " he said sitting down

"Awh it's okay" I rubbed his back sitting beside him laying my head on his shoulder.

"Babe?" Morris walked inside

"Yeah baby the girls are still sleep so I was gonna wait until they wake" I spoke to Morris.

"Alright I'll be in the car " Morris said kissing my cheek looking Jacob up and down before walking out.

"Okay" I said turning back to Jacob.
"Mhm" Jacob shook his head

"What?" I asked

"Baby?" he raised his brow.

"Yeah he's a sweetheart he helped me so much through my pregnancy from the first day we met and when he confessed his love to me I accepted" I leaned back.

"Mhm how long y'all been dating?" he said.

"Umm a couple days after the kids were born" I nodded my head pushing my hair behind my head.

He said nothing just raising his brow.

" You're so jealous " I laughed pushing his shoulder.

"Naw i just know you could do better " he smiled.

"And who is better?...You " I questioned raising my brow now.

"You already know me" he licked his lips

"Naw I'm straight on you " I stood up.

"damn that hit home" he said.

"I just can't go back our relationship is strictly Co-parenting unless you do something to blow my mind with happiness" I said joking as I finished.

"Consider it done" he passionately looked into my eyes.

Causing us to both get caught up in the moment.

"well um I mean besides he is my chocolate daddy " I stuck my tongue out going to his fridge packing the girls bottles.

"Really?" he laughed.

"Do you love him?" He sai looking me.

"Better question do you love me?" I pausing raising my brow again tilting my head.

"hey you got a nigga you smooth on me remember?" he got close to me.

"Mhmm bye Jacob " I said pushing my hair behind my shoulder walking the bag to the door.

"So answer the question Lauren?" He said seriously.

"...Love.. I don't know...it hasn't been that long ask me in like... a year or two because im not sure love is a strong word now" I said messing with my hair still.

"Anyways did Secret ever smile yet?" I asked him laughing.
