As a young dragon he was always curious about humans. For it was they who rescued him from certain demise. It was at that time he became puzzled by their actions. Why would they risk their lives to save him?
*Thud* He had landed back in the forest he once left. Once again, he was alone.
You could hear the critters scurry away as he laid down on the ground, exhausted. His breathing was labored. He gave a low grumble. *rumble* The earth shook, with small tremors. As he lay there, he could see Summers as when he first arrived, and remembered the human who saved him.
*rumble* "hmmmmm... I am... sorry... for placing this task on you..."
*roar* Everything trembled. *thud* The titan fell.
Dagraid was turning into stone, his scales turned earthy, and immobile. His lower half was already solid.
As he closed his eyes his last sight was that of a smiling boy.
*crack, creak*
But alas.
The forest dragon, had turned to stone.
