You took a shower at exactly 5pm, an hour and a half before you head out to the guys' dorm because your cousin, Namjoon, invited you over for J-hope's surprise birthday party. You decided to wear donut printed coordinates for tonight, they were comfy and just perfect for your style. Soon you were all prepped up and ready to head out with a pair of your new sneakers. You texted your cousin, telling him that you're on your way and not to be an idiot and yell surprise when you enter their front door.

"Hi." You brought your hand up as you were greeted by V, reflecting his bright smile.

"Trinity's here!" V announced, opening the door wider for you. He took your hand in his and ushered you to where everyone was, including Jimin.

You met Jimin's eyes for a moment before they went to stare at yours and V's hand. V has liked you for awhile now but the thing is, you have this complicated relationship with Jimin even before you met everyone.

It started when you went to party with a friend and it just so happens that Jimin was there and you kinda made out with him that night. Ever since then you casually hang out together, you ask him to go shopping with you and sometimes asks his opinions about what clothes to pick, stuff like that but then you found out he was your cousin's friend.

That surely made everything complicated since it would mean telling how the of you met which was the night you snuck out of Namjoon's house using his parent's car, which you then accidentally crashed into a post, leaving your cousin grounded for a month for no reason at all. He'd definitely go batshit crazy when he finds out that you crashed the car so you could make out with some guy who was apparently one of his best friends.

"Oh hey Tri." Suga looked up lazily at you as he fix the automatic confetti popper so it would pop the minute J-hope would enter the door, "Your cousin's over there."

"Nah, never mind him." You tell Suga and it made him laugh. "So what can I help you guys with? We still have one hour and a half, right?"

"Well, Jin is cooking and Jungkook is his assistant chef, Jimin here is helping me so I guess that leaves you with.." Suga looked at V, grinning widely at the assignment of his new partner.

"I'll let you do the easy ones." V said as he happily took you to his work table, just a few steps away from the Suga and Jimin unit. He sat so close to you that his thighs were touching yours, "You look really pretty. Wanna be my girlfriend?"

You smiled at him, "Focus."

"No. I'm serious." He said, his body now facing you. "You're doing it wrong."

V walked behind you and placed his face right next to you as he guide both of your hands steadily into writing J-hope's name on the cake. Jimin was furiously eyeing the two of you. V's hand now went to your waist as he let you do it by yourself. He was so close to you that he was practically back hugging you. Jimin stood up to wash his hands, going around the two of you.

"Stop flirting and do some actual work!" Jimin sprayed water on V's face, making him back away from you.You lift your head up slightly to look at Jimin. He sent you a wink and you smiled.

Now you, Jimin and V were scooted together like sardines inside the coat closet. V had a protective arm over you while Jimin tried his best to keep cool and calm.
