What the fuck?

Baxter POV.

I was in lab fixing my new invention. The gigantic laser was almost done, but somehow it wasn't working as it should.

The laser was built to shrink object, but instead it was doing the opposite. As I was working I heard some loud bangs and crashing sounds.

I think that a guest is having an attack of rage, so naturally I didn't pay a lot of attention. It would end soon anyways.

I continued working on my laser, when a blue lightning flashed through my slightly opened door. I looked over my shoulder and noticed a burning mark on my blackbard.

Maybe it would be better if I checked what was happening. I walked out of my room. As I was walking another lightning hit the wall behind me. What the fuck is happening in this hotel. I continued walking and this time a black and green tentacle almost hit me.

Alastor?! What made him so mad? As I walked down the hall, my mind was clouded with a lot of  hypothesis.

When I entered the common room, I saw Alastor and Vox? They were fighting as always, but why were they fighting here? In the Hotel. It doesn't make any sense.

A blue lightning hit Alastor. Vox laught maniacally and was about to hit him again, but Alastor was quicker and blocked Vox's attack. A tentacle wrapped around Vox's throat.

"Pathetic as always old pal" Alastor laughed victoriously "It's not over yet" Vox replied and used his electrical power to teleport himself away from Alastor's grasp.

"HA! Hiding and escaping as always. What? You're not able to fight me alone?" Alastor laught and transformed himself into his real demon form.

Vox teleported himself into the hall that was leading to my lab. Wait my INVENTIONS!

I run to my lab as fast as possible, but it was too late. They were already fighting between my inventions. A tentacle hit a shelf and some colored bottles. The bottles crashed on the floor and the colored liquids spilled on the floor and onto the two fighters.

I don't know what was inside those bottles, but when they mixed together a colorful smoke rose from it.

I couldn't breath properly. I started coughing and was trying to open the window. I succeded and all the colorful smoke got out of my lab. I was finally able to breath.

I was furious. They could have blown us up. I have a lot of dangerous stuff in here. Can't they just fight somewhere else. I was about to yell and kick them out of here, but I couldn't.

I was shocked. How is that even possible? When I turned away from the window my eyes met two little human kids. Reasonably they were Vox and Alastor, but how is that possible? Did they die, because of the smoke? No, it's impossible. Even if they died they couldn't turn into kids, especially into human ones.

I was brought into reality by the sound of fighting. I looked back at the two boys. They were fighting over something. This confirms that they are Vox and Alastor.

I looked carefully at them to understand which is which.

One boy had black hair and light skin. He also had heterochromia. He is definitively Vox. The other boy had darker skin and dark brown hair. He also had a huge smile on his face. I'm sure that he is Alastor.

"WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!" Vaggie yelled as she entered my lab "Did another invention of yours blow up...." she saw the two and remained quiet.

I was about to say something, but she was faster "What happened here?" The two looked at her, then pointed at eachother and replied in unison "It's his fault! No, it's your fault!" and they started to fight again.

"Okay. It's enough you two!" Vaggie scolded them. They stopped immediately and looked at her. "Baxter what happened here?" she asked calmly. "I'll tell you everything, but maybe it would be best if we got out of here first".

After a while we were sitting in the common room. Vox and Alastor were sitting on the couch. They occassionaly teased eachother, but they weren't fighting anymore. Maybe because Vaggie scolded them three times in like two minuts.

"So basically they were fighting each other here in the common room. Alastor was about to win again, but Vox teleported himself into the hall. They continued to fight in my lab and Alastor spilled some chemicals. The chemical spilled allover them and yeah..." I finished explaining.

"I see... do you know how to turn them back?" She asked. "Well....no" she looked at me with wide eyes, so I corrected myself "I mean for now, but I'll find out how I promise."

"Ugh...I hope you make up something quickly. In the mean time I'll try to contact the other Vees and...." I cut her in the middle of the sentence "It would be great! I think I can use some Velvet's help" "Say what now..." she looked confused.

"Well, she works with posions and other stuff like that, maybe she'll find a way to help them" I explained. "Well, I'm not thrilled at the idea of inviting them here but if she can help turn them back..." she said annoyed.

"If you prefer I can ask her to work in the Vee Tower, but in exchange you have to watch them both here. We don't want other accidents do we?" she nodded.
"Okay. I'll go call her and tell her what happened" and with that she left the room.
