Vox and Valentino have been in an on-again, off-again relationship for quite some time. Vox is sick of it. He likes Val, but he's only in it for meaningless sex. Every time Val shows him affection, it feels like a ticking time bomb. When will Val take it away? Val, on the other hand, is just as bothered. He's supposed to be the Porn Demon. He's supposed to not want anything more. But when a certain TV Head comes around, he can't help but want more. He pushes him away, tells him it's just a hookup, and tells himself that it's true. But how long can Val keep pretending to be the same apathetic, lustful overlord in front of someone he genuinely cares about? And how long can Vox wait for someone who's made it clear that he doesn't want anything more, no matter how untrue those words may be?

She learns that Charlie is opening a hotel to redeem sinners in hopes they will earn a place in Heaven and serve as an alternative solution to reduce Hell's overpopulation and yearly extermination. Although Kari may not know much about Hell, she agrees to help Charlie after remembering words of encouragement from her late mother. But as time goes by, Kari finds herself going through unexpected changes in herself and catches the eyes of a few sinners and overlords who are interested in her and it all leads up to a shocking secret her father has kept from her about himself and his family her whole life.

The moth-film-pimp one treats all of his employees badly, he's a sexaholic and a man of many cruel kinks. And yet, when they're around Marie, they're both so different from their usual attitudes. Vox praises her and cares for her, like if she was a treasure for him. Valentino's very charming and soft, like of she was the only person who he's physically unable to use. They both never intend to lay their hands on her in order to harm her. But that doesn't make Marie's afterlife with them any good. Her desperate brother is not making it better either. Alastor thinks he needs to save his little sister from his enemies, but he isn't really saving her. Actually, the more time passes, the more Marie feels like any one of them isn't good for her. And she's scared of what's coming because of this.

The largest smile he could muster on. "I was starting to miss you anyway." She grumbled. Nyx struggled to fight of the attacker but eventually shoved him away with a snarl. "Ugh, it's so difficult." "Nyx! There you are!" She looked over towards the large demon and grinned. "Worried?" "Yes!" "You could easily mistaken the two as a couple." "Exactly! That's what my dad wanted, so I wouldn't get messed with, ya'know?" Nyx questioned. Alastor chuckled next to her before sighing. A shriek left the smaller demons lips as she attacked a civilian. Her claws tearing into the stomach of the male as she devoured him. "I'm sorry! I-I-" She stuttered out when she came to her senses. As she looked around, she saw what she had done and immediately ran off into the woods. Leaving her hat and coat behind. "NYX?!" A voice hollered for her. More voices followed after it and she ran away from the crowd. Afraid she would attack them to. "Nyx, NYX STOP!" Charlie yelled after her. It alerted the two most worried demons, Alastor and Valentino. Alastor ran after her and grabbed her arm. "Nyx-" "Let go of me! I-i'm scared i'll hurt you!" Alastor washed her coat as she cleaned the blood off her glasses. Gentle tears streaming down her cheeks when the others continued to pester her. "Hey, hey leave her alone. Your bothering the two of them." Husk said. Nyx huffed softly and wiped the tears off her face. "It's okay, I know you didn't mean to." Alastor held the female in his arms with a sigh and she curled against herself in his lap. "My dear, would you do the honor of making things official?"
