>>"So you're gonna help Coiny with this picnic thing with his crush?"

'Leafy asks, taking a bite out of her croissant. We're in a small cafe sitting at a 2 seater table.'

>>"Mhm! It's on Friday."

'I add, taking a sip of my tea and glancing outside. It's a nice day with few clouds and sunny weather, you could even call it a perfect day...'

>>"Hmm... And.. Who's Coiny's crush exactly?"

'Leafy questions. I pause, trying to think back on it. He should've told me...'

>>"I... I don't know..."

'I confess, my eyes slightly drifting to the floor in shame. I should've asked him first thing! This is common sense, Pin.. Silence fills the gap where words should be before Leafy puts it to a stop by speaking again.'

>>"You should ask him!"

'She suggests, pointing to my phone sitting on the table. She accidentally taps the screen, turning it on. Her eyes slightly widen and she mutters a small "sorry." I sigh, taking my phone into my hands and opening it.'

>>"Fine, fine..."

'I silently giggle to myself, now a bit hyped to see who Coiny actually liked! I open Discord and begin typing..'

Pin: hi coinyy!! i was just wondering, who's your actual crush btw??

'I hit send and wait, my leg slightly bouncing as the dots dance above the chat bar. Wow, that was... quick!'

coinee: leafy

'My heart drops, my shaking leg abruptly stopping.'

>>"What? What'd he say?"

'Leafy asks, trying to see my phone screen. I quickly turn my phone off, beginning to stand up.'

>>"I... I have to go.."

'I mutter, leaving my food behind. I begin to jog out of the cafe, tears forming in my eyes as I head home. I bump into a few people, angering them, however, it doesn't matter right now. Nothing matters. I just need to be home right now... I soon arrive home, my mother nowhere to be seen. She's probably still at work... I rush up the stairs, throwing myself onto my bed and sobbing into my pillows. My mascara stains the white pillow covers, my arms wrapping around another pillow. It doesn't matter... I just need to think..'

i know, i know.. this is much shorter than the other chapters... I apologize for the delay of this chapter, I'm quite busy travelling but, I promise I'll try my best to bring longer and (at least slightly) better chapters!
