"Harry!" you screamed.

It had felt like forever since you had seen your best friend! Although it was only a summer, you missed him like crazy.

"Y/N!" Harry cried back.

You finally reached him and jumped into his arms, hugging him for what seemed like ages.

"Oh it's so good to see you Harry! Writing just isn't enough!"

"I know what you mean! Uncle Vernon would only let me send one letter per 2 weeks, to hell with the man!"

"Harry, I know you hate him but at least he puts a roof over your head.." You said defending his uncle, although you wonder why considering he is a bloody bastard.

"What in the world, Y/N he's a bastard! Why are you standing up for him!"

"Harry calm down. I was wondering the same thing" You said while giggling.

"I know, anyways lets get inside to see everyone else!"

You two entered Hogwarts and went straight to the Gryffindor table, there you reunited with Hermione, Ron, Ginny, Fred, and George.

"So have you told her Harry?" Ron said while stuffing bread into his mouth.

"Shut up Ron! Obviously not!" Harry replied quickly.

"What are you two talking about?" You asked, curiously.

"Nothing!" Harry again replied.

You thought why bother trying to get it out of him when you can just ask Ron later. He's horrible at keeping secrets.

*later in the common room*

"Ron?" You asked.

"Yeah?"

"What were you and Harry talking about earlier? Something about telling someone something?"

"I-I- don't know what you're talking about" He stuttered.

"Oh come on Ron! Yes you do! Just tell me!"

"You'll see soon Y/N. Just be patient. I'll make sure he tells her." And he walked off going to bed leaving you there with your thoughts.

*next day*

"Y/N! Wake up!" Hermione said shaking you awake.

"Please 5 for minutes, its too early"

"Oh don't be silly! Its the first official day of school! We have classes! Come on we have to go and get breakfast! Get dressed!" She said walking out of the room.

After getting ready you meet Hermione in the common room and head to the Great Hall for breakfast. Arriving you see Harry and Ron are already there eating. You sit beside Ron and Hermione sits beside Harry.

"Morning you two" You say to the boys.

"Morning." They reply with food in their mouths.

Once you all are ready, you four start walking to your first class which is Potions with Slytherin. Oh how you hated them.

"Y/N, mind if we talk after class? It's quite important.." Harry whispers to you.

"Yeah defiantly!" You say continuing walking.

*after class*

"So Harry, what are we going to talk about?" You ask.

"Um, well.. There's something I've been meaning to tell you for a while now, I just haven't had enough courage."

"Harry Potter, the boy without courage! Now thats a sentence i would never have thought to here."

"Haha...Yeah. Anyway, um, I don't know how to put this but, uh.."

"Come on Harry I won't judge."

"Okay, well, uh, I have these feelings for someone... Probably the most amazing girl I have ever known and I don't want to ruin anything with her by telling her my feelings, because I'm just not sure if she will like me back.."

"Well if you really really like her Harry, nothing should stop you! And besides, she would be crazy not to like Harry Potter, I mean you're probably the most amazing guy here!"

"You're right. Ok well Im going to go tell her."

"Yay! Good luck Harry!"

He starts to walk away, but soon runs back over to you and kisses you, with so much passion it was unbelievable.

"It's you Y/N.."

"Noooo, I thought it was Pansy."

"You're hilarious. Now would you do me the honours of becoming my girlfriend?"

"I would be stupid if i said no."

"So yes?"

"Well duh Potter." You say smiling, and then you peck his lips and walk to your next class, Harry trailing right behind.
