Bamby’s fragmented narration. His mind drifts between clarity and illusion, making even simple thoughts unreliable. He sits in a dimly lit room, staring into a cracked mirror on the wall. His reflection trembles, sometimes showing his face, sometimes showing Eunho’s. The voice of Eunho lingers in his head, whispering things that blur the line between comfort and torment: “I’m here… I’ve always been here.”
Bamby recalls their bond, rooted in the survival of a cruel world, and how Eunho had once been his anchor. But now, even the anchor feels like a ghost. He admits he cannot tell whether the Eunho he speaks to is the real one or just a phantom made by his broken mind.
Their relationship as both salvation and curse—Bamby desperately clings to Eunho’s presence, while at the same time fearing he has invented him. The tone is hauntingly romantic: he confesses he would rather die in madness with Eunho’s image than live in a reality where Eunho abandons him.
Bamby reaching out to the mirror, his trembling fingers brushing Eunho’s face in the glass. The reflection smiles tenderly—but when Bamby looks behind him, the room is empty.
“If Eunho is only my illusion, then let me stay in this dream forever.”
