The trees seemed to close in around me, their branches tangling together like skeletal fingers. I shivered, despite the warmth of the summer evening. Something about this place felt off, like a discordant note in an otherwise perfect melody.
I glanced over at the cabin, its windows glowing like empty eyes in the darkness. The recruiter's words echoed in my mind: 'A chance to escape the noise of the world, to find yourself in the stillness.' But as I stood there, the silence felt oppressive, like a weight pressing down on my chest.
I took a deep breath, trying to shake off the feeling of unease. I was here to participate in the Isolation Experiment, to push myself to the limits of human endurance. I was ready.
Or so I thought. Will I survive or will I lose my sanity here?
"Do you think we will survive this?" The naive girl from our group ask. We're not close, I don't know why she's asking me that.
"I don't know, only time will tell. and if I were you, I'll run as fast as I can while I still have my sanity in me." I softly smiled at her. She chuckled nervously.
"I-it's okay, i still have my sanity with me." She spoke, barely audible..
We're now trap inside this abandoned building, white walls. it looks like an abandoned asylum..
it's the first day and they're all nervous about it, I'll just watch them and observe. i wanted to see how long they can last..
