synopsis.
EVE FAWN believes in goodness, the kind that feels like oxygen in collapsing rooms. She works double shifts at St Mungo's because the thought of a single life slipping beyond her reach scalds her lungs. Her gift is rare ; a momentary silencing of dark magic through touch. It leaves her weak, but weakness has always seemed a fair price for mercy.
TOM RIDDLE believes in control, absolute, silent, surgical. He moves through post-war Britain unseen, dismantling loyalties, rewriting fear into obedience, pruning what will not bend. When he finds the young healer with hands that defy darkness and eyes too honest for the world, interest turns into obsession.
Their story is not a romance. It is a dissection.
When healer meets monster, the line between salvation and damnation begins to blur. And some falls are beautiful only when viewed from the bottom.
