I held her hand gently brushing my lips on them

"You'll see love. I know you're familiar with this place."

We're already rounding down the block of their restaurant when she patted my arm

"Love, you didn't tell me..." she said stopping me

"Surprise?" I said with an unsure smile waiting for her reaction

"Thank you love love." She then leaned to me planting a sweet and impressed kiss on my lips.

We heard a light thud on my side of the door and when we looked we're surprised by her friends already waiting outside. I see Batchi raising two thumbs up and an evil grin.

So I decided to move first, I got out of the car and walked towards Jade's side to open her door for her which earned us a few more laughter and teases.

"It's nice to finally meet you Alex. I'm David" That was David I smiled and shook his hand.

Batchi patted my shoulder and smiled, "Thanks for inviting us here tonight Alex." She said with a wink

"My pleasure Batch."

"So to formally introduce her guys, uhmm Wila, Sally, David this is my girlfriend, Alex." Jade said

They smiled with affirmation Sally and Wila hugged me, Jade just laugh and with the same surprised look.

"Hi, so I think our reservation is ready?" I said looking at the waiter signaling

"Shall we?" I turned to Jade who smiled at me and nodded I held her close, not wanting the warmth of her body leave mine.

It's one of those nights where looking at her, being beside her or even actually having contact with her isn't just enough because I'd still miss her. Tonight is one of those nights. I know I sound so attached right now but then I don't care. It's love. *wink*wink*

I talked to the manager and the chief chef for the exact courses of meal we are going to have that night so every thing's set when we got there.

On the good note they seem so interested in me, they mostly asked questions and I answered while we wait for the food.

"So Alex, I know this is some dumb question but do you really drive an Aventador?" David blurted

I laughed but then since I'm a proud car girl I just nodded and said

"Yeah, actually I call him Alonso,"

"That's one of her weird trait she's fond of naming her cars." Jade butt in smiling at David's amusement

"Wow cars Alex?" – David restorted

"Yeah, I have a jeep and a convertible mini too."

"Certified car girl huh?" – David

"How about you Dave do you race?" I asked

"I have racer friends and I know a few things about it why? You race?" he's widened with anticipation

"Yes. My uncle owns a race track so when I'm free I do some rounds. Maybe we should next time?" I offered

"Sure that would be fun." And I just nodded

"Hey car guys, food's here." Wila scoffed when the waiters arrived

Why do I get a feeling that she doesn't really really like me?
