The next day, Jun-ho woke up early in the morning. Captain Park was still sleeping, so he decided to navigate the ship himself.

Both the map and the steering wheel in his hands, he looked around concentratedly.

Suddenly, he saw an island that was extremely similar to the one the games were held.

Jun-ho: "No way!" He said, surprised.

The policeman approached the island slowly in order to make sure his guess was correct.

Carefully, he stepped onto the dry grass of the island. It looked quite peaceful to be some deadly games. Nonetheless, Jun-ho felt that this must be the right place.

Captain Park was acting quite suspiciously lately. He decided not to trust the other guys either. This is why he decided not to wake him up and sneak in on his own.

After a few steps, he could see two guards standing in front of the giant building.

Jun-ho: "Oh well..."

Jun-ho didn't hesitate to take out his gun and shot them immediately.

He was sure it wouldn't be that easy, though. How should he find out where he had to go? He got inside with slow steps, trying not to attract attention.

Suddenly, he heard some music from far away. Confused, he tried to get nearer to the room it was coming from.

After a few more steps, he realized it was The Blue Danube by Johann Strauss. Jun-ho is extremely confused. Why would they put that song?

The remaining players were just waking up in the dormitory. Everyone was worried and horrified since last night.

The music stopped. Guards entered the room.

"Congratulations, players. You survived! Half of the games are already over. The next game will be: key hunt. For this game, you will be divided into two teams. The lottery ball machine will dispense you either a red or a blue ball."

Tired from the rebellion last night, they started dividing themselves up into the two teams with the different colored balls.

Yong-sik: "W-Where's Gi-hun?" He whispered to Geum-ja, a bit scared.

Geum-ja looked around, but he was nowhere to be seen.

They looked at each other, horrified, assuming he got killed last night.

Geum-ja: "But wait...his player number didn't get read out loud when they announced the eliminated players." She noticed.

Yong-sik: "Right... where is he then?"

Geum-ja: "Guess we won't find out..."

It was Yong-siks turn. He turned the rotating handle and got a blue ball.

Geum-ja: "Let's hope I get a blue one too..."

She trembled a bit when it was her turn to find out which team she would be on. She turned the handle and...the ball was red!

Geum-ja: "Please let me switch teams!! I can't compete against my son!"

Guard: "There is no option to change your team."

Geum-ja: "But-"

Guard: "These are the rules. If you don't follow them, you will get eliminated."

Geum-ja returned to her spot. A tear ran down her cheek.

Yong-sik: "It'll be okay, mom..."

He tried to calm her down. He was as scared about being in different teams as she was, though. What if only one team was going to make it?

Jun-ho was eavesdropping on these conversations and was surprised. Where was Gi-hun? Why isn't he participating in the games? Jun-ho was puzzled. Wherever he was, he had to rescue him.

After an extremely long time he spent running around without really finding something, he saw a huge iron door.

Jun-ho: "Bet he's not there..." he said to himself, "but let's give it a try."

He touched through all his pockets and found a coin.

Jun-ho: "Well..."

He looked at the golden round piece of metal, then put it back in his pocket.

Jun-ho: "Never mind."

Unstead of tryung to open the door with the coin, he took out his gun and just shot the door open.

He was extremely surprised to see Gi-hun tied up.

Jun-ho: "GI-HUN!" He shouted a bit anxiously.

Without thinking much about it, he unleashed the poor guy who was trapped there for a whole night.

Jun-ho: "Omg, what happened??" He wondered.

Gi-hun: There's no time for explanations right now, we gotta get out of here, they'll find us!

Jun-ho didn't question it and followed Gi-hun out if the dark and dusty room. Both of them didn't know what was going to happen to them. Would they ever make it out alive?

Meanwhile, the Front Man was watching everything from the control room.

He smirked a bit.

Front Man: "Everthing happens according to my plan!" He then smirked even wider. "Now let the fun begin!" He said in a cheerful tone, almost laughing, while putting on his mask.
