"And I will get you some water." Said Daisy, as she pulled Maureen with her towards the kitchen.

Thirty minutes later, Daisy's and Dan's door opened, revealing Will. His arrival wasn't merely a physical entrance. His undeniably strikingly handsome chiseled face, a classic blend of rugged and refined, his muscular build subtly hinted beneath a fitted crew neck sweater and slacks. Several women noticed his entrance with satisfaction.

As Maureen, who is at the table trying to get herself another glass of wine but keeps getting refused by the caterers, offended. Looked up and saw Will, the Bachelor of the year and the topic of every top magazine, from dating to his businesses, has just arrived. She dropped the picture frame she held on to the table. Fixing herself, standing straight, but Dan cut in before she can make a single step towards Will.

"Will, we're so thrilled you made it! Your trip must have been tiring, but I know Daisy will be absolutely over the moon to see you." Dan beamed when he saw the food containers that Will handed him.

"My original flight tonight experienced a delay at LAX. I made a quick decision to rerouted to a different airport. But apart from that, the trip was successful." Will explained as they both walked towards the kitchen.

Daisy, radiating excitement as she emerged from the kitchen when she spotted Will and Dan approaching. Dan carefully carried the two containers brimming with Daisy's favorite treat. The anticipation on her face was noticeable as she stood in the kitchen entrance, her eyes twinkled with delight. She greeted Will with a warm hug.

"I'm so happy you made it." She told Will.

Dan, presented her with one of the containers, overflowing with delicious cream filled pastries. She gingerly lifted the lid, inhaling deeply the warm sweetness of nuts and cream, she took one pastry out of its container and enjoyed. She passed the container along to Will.

As they walked into the kitchen, Dan whispered to Daisy. "Apparently, there was a delay at LAX with Will's flight, forced him to change airports."

Daisy turned to face him with shoulders slumped and a defeated look. Dan understood that look by reaching his phone out of his pocket and viewing the screen.

Dan and Daisy whispered on the side of the kitchen. Maureen walked into the kitchen, not being noticed. She caught Will off guard when she hugged his back. As he was taking out a pastry from the container he just put on the counter.

As Dan looked at his phone. "I think Lillie left a message earlier. It was an unknown number." He apologetically informed Daisy, remembering seeing the unknown number pop up before ignoring the call.

Dan held the phone up to their ears as they listened to the voice message on Dan's phone. They pause to listen to the message.

"Missed flight? It's a curse!" Said Daisy, drained and a little too loudly.

Will and Maureen overhears. Somehow, Maureen's hand is on Will's forearm. They both turn to Daisy and Dan.

"What's a curse?" Maureen asked.

Daisy walks over too them, grabs another pastry.

"Oh nothing. Just God teaching me to be more patient for the last two years." She said with a mouth full of pastry, walking away.

Will continues to eat his pastry. Maureen turns back to Will.

"Will, when are you going to take me out?" She asked, flirtatiously.

Dan opened the fridge, taking two glass bottles of water out. Handing one to Will. Dan opened his bottle and took a drink as he stood listening. Will continued to smile at Maureen, as he finished his pastry.

"Fine, don't answer the question. But remember this, I am going to wear you down until it's a yes." She warned him.

Will shook his head and opened his glass bottle of water. "I'm just too busy working to even think about dating." Said Will.

"Those magazines say something different!" She spilled out.

"Don't believe everything you read, Maureen. It's not all true." Dan told Maureen, looking at his wife as she entered the kitchen again.

Maureen slowly examined Will with her eyes from his dark penny loafer to his freshly washed — light chestnut brown, mixed between a taper cut and Ivy League hair cut. Raised her brows and remoistened her lips. "Really! I doubt that." She said with confidence.

She leaned over an unfazed Will, who is still holding his bottle of water. Will looked over at Dan as she slowly took a pastry from out of the container on the counter. She winked at him before turning to walk out of the kitchen.

"William Stanford, you just finished a pastry." Said Dan.

"It's growing on me. I think pregnant Daisy is a bad influence on me." Will informed Dan.

Dan grabbed a pastry. "You and me both!" Dan replied.
