Minju realized questioning Hanwool was a useless task, as he had no intention to budge. She'd just have to be a step ahead from him from now on, hopefully blocking each obstacle he would put in front of her.

The next day after school, Minju met up with the others in one of the empty rooms of the school to discuss the study group, now that Ms. Lee was gone.

Luckily, they were able to convince Jiwoo and Heewon to sign up, forming a five-person group. Now, they could finally register themselves as an official school club of Yusung High, once Ms. Lee returned, of course.

The room they were now in was quite small, with a large square table in the center, chairs surrounding it. Unlike the other rooms of Yusung High, which were practically trashed, this room didn't seem that bad.

With each side of the square table accommodating two people, Minju sat on the chair next to Gamin, her seat nearer to the side of the room separating it from the school hallway, and his nearer to the windows facing the soccer field outside.

They were sitting down when the door slid open. Minju watched as Hanwool strode inside with his hands in his pockets, the silver streaks in his black hair reflecting against the sunlight from the windows.

All members of the study group stood from their seats in shock, the feet of their chairs shrieking against the floor.

"Pi Hanwool?" Jiwoo questioned.

Minju raised her eyebrow, "What are you doing here?"

Hanwool looked into the gazes of each and every student in the room, before focusing on Minju, "Am I not allowed to be here?"

"We're having a meeting for the study group," Gamin posed.

"Hmm," Hanwool clicked his tongue as he turned to face Gamin. "Then I'd like to join the study group."

Minju, Sehyun, Jiwoo, and Heewon all looked at Gamin, waiting for his answer as the unspoken leader.

A moment of silence later, Gamin finally responded, "Sorry, you can't join."

A scoff sounded, then, "Why not?"

"You don't look like the person who would genuinely want to study."

"You make a lot of assumptions, what makes you think you know me? I'm the top student of the second year, I'll have you know," Hanwool dragged out. "I'll need a better reason than that."

This time, he walked up towards Gamin, the situation forcing Minju to step away as Hanwool reached in between them.

"A better reason?" Gamin answered, "It's because you're a punk."

"Gamin!" Sehyun from across the table let out a quiet protest.

Hanwool let out a chuckle, "Alright then, I was just trying to help." He turned his back towards Gamin, faced Minju, and smirked.
