They continued to drive in the outskirts of the city for what felt like hours on Hanwool's motorbike, enjoying the peacefulness between both of them.

As the sunset started to dawn on them, Hanwool took one hand off the handlebars and reached behind him to push up Minju's helmet visor. He repeated the action with his own.

Minju took her phone out of her pocket. Disregarding the notifications, she opened the camera app, extended her arm, and snapped a picture of both of them. Hanwool's gaze drifted to the camera for just a second before focusing back to the road ahead.

Just as she flipped the camera to capture the pink and orange hues of the sky reflecting against the sea, the screen turned black.

Sighing in disappointment, she placed her dead phone back into her pocket, before nestling into Hanwool's back and embracing him once more.

Comfortable in the silence they shared, they basked in the moment as they enjoyed the view, driving down an empty road, parallel to the beach and its accompanied horizon.

Growing hungry, Minju requested they make a pit stop to get some food. Hanwool obliged.

Once they stopped at a convenience store nearby, Minju stepped off the bike and took off her helmet. Hanwool echoed her movements and now stood beside her, shaking his head to fix his hair. Running a hand through his hair, he followed her as she walked in the store, the bell on the door jingling, indicating their entrance.

"What do you want to eat?" Minju turned around to face him with an inquiring look.

Hanwool took one of the cup noodles on the shelves nearby, then walked towards the cooler and grabbed a triangle gimbap, shoving them both in her arms.

Minju grabbed herself her favorite cup noodle and a canned soda, one that she saw on the billboard earlier, before heading to the counter.

After paying, Hanwool came up behind her to grab their things, heading to the hot water dispenser to cook their noodles. Before turning on her heel, Minju asked the worker, "Excuse me, but do you have a phone charger I could borrow?"

Thanking the worker, she brought the charger and plugged it into the socket near the empty window seats. She clicked the connector into her phone's charging port.

Hanwool returned with their cup noodles, placing each on the table carefully. Placing the phone aside, Minju hopped onto the seat beside Hanwool, popping open her soda.

She took a sip, the carbonated drink burning down her throat, leaving her refreshed.

The phone screen lit up as it started to turn on. Almost immediately, the phone started ringing, the vibrations resounding against the table.
