Episode 14: Jump

Just after giving the news, the noise was heard again, causing Ravi to mentally sigh.

Ravi: Rubs his forehead. "Alright man, just make sure he gets some rest. He needs to recover. I'll message you when the translation is done." He said then says goodbye to Ethan before hanging up.

After hanging up, Ravi places his phone down face first before slowly getting up from his chair and slowly walking to where the sound was coming from. Walking under the staircase and deeper into the basement, Ravi pushes his way through some black curtains he set up, and behind the curtains was a figure strapped to a chair, gagged and blindfolded...it was Kurumi. The confided spirit was letting out desperate moans and groans as if trying to talk and shaking the chair, trying to tip it. As Ravi walked over, he places his hands on her shoulders, sending a shiver down her spine.

Ravi: "Now now now Mrs. Nightmare, I thought I told you not to be doing that." He says applying pressure to his grip on Kurumi's shoulders before letting her go. "Now, since you're up, I suppose you wouldn't mind answering some questions now, would you?" He asks in a sort of menacing tone as he removes the gag from her mouth.

Kurumi: Starts coughing. "Listen, I can't tell you anything. Please let me go." She whimpered softly.

Ravi: Shakes his head. "I'm sorry, but I can't. If I do, you'd go back to the real Nightmare and then we'd have a bigger problem."

After hearing that, the supposed clone Kurumi panicked, realizing he knows she's a clone.

C Kurumi: "I promise I won't! Please, just let me-" She's cutoff by Ravi placing the gag back in as she continues her muffled pleads.

Ravi doesn't respond, but instead opens a case containing a syringe and some sleeping medicine. After filling the syringe with the medicine, Ravi injects it into the clone's arm, and soon enough, Kurumi begins to get drowsy before finally falling asleep. After cleaning and putting the syringe back in the case, Ravi begins leaving the hidden room, but stops and turns his head slightly back.

Ravi: "Apologies for the treatment. Hopefully you'll be more corporative tomorrow. Get some sleep, ok?" He says as he leaves and closes the curtains behind him.

After that, the sun began to rise, signifying the new day. In an alleyway, Xu-Vazuu-Ba, in human form, was on his hands and knees searching the ground for his coin. He lets out an angry yell as he gets up from the ground, dusting off his dirt covers knees.

Xu-Vazuu-Ba: (Normal Language) "I searched all night. WHERE IS MY COIN!?" He screamed in anger up in the air.

After looking up, he sees the same ledge he was standing on when Kuuga knocked the coin out of his hands. Just as he was remembering that moment, he began to think further, remembering that Kuuga wasn't alone that day.

Xu-Vazuu-Ba: He makes an angry expression. (Gurongi Language) "That Linto." He snarled before standing up and walking out of the alley.

(Ethan's House)

We return to Ethan's house as Hunter slowly opens his eyes before looking around. Raising himself up from the sofa, Hunter rubs his eyes and slowly stands up. Just as he's wonders where he was, footsteps were heard approaching and when he looked, he saw Ethan in his school uniform.

Ethan: Fixes his tie. "Good morning Hunter. How are you feeling?"

Hunter: Looks at Ethan confused but finally recalls what happened. "Oh right. Yeah, I'm feeling better. Is this your house?" He asked still looking around.

Ethan: "Yep. Welcome to Casa Ethan." He says as the sound of a wheelchair is heard.

Morris: Rolls into the living room. "Ah, I see your friend is awake. How you feeling kiddo?" He asked stopping next to Ethan.
