Editor's note: Just a quick note, from now on, whenever Hunter transforms, he will be referred to as Kuuga. Ok, now to the story.
*BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP* We start things off with an alarm clock beeping as someone turns it off. A boy stands up and walks to a window, looks outside and we see this boy has...blue hair. It's the boy, Shido Itsuka.

As Shido gets dressed and walks downstairs, he is welcomed with a sound that is all too familiar... a candy rapper.
Shido: Rushes towards the sound. "Is that what I think it is?"
Shido's attention is focused on a girl with red hair and black ribbons. It's his little sister, Kotori Itsuka.

Shido: "Kotori, what did I tell you abou-" He was cut off.
Kotori: Takes out the candy in her mouth. "No sweets before breakfast, I know I know. Doesn't your little sister deserve a treat once in a while?" Puts the candy back into her mouth.
As Shido shakes his head, he walks towards the kitchen where he begins to make breakfast: Eggs, toast and bacon. As Shido cooks breakfast, Kotori turns on the tv and changes the channel to the news.
News Man: "Up next, we go to Tengu City's very own historical museum as it gains a brand new ancient relic display. As of a few days ago, archeologists uncovered old relics supposedly from ancient times."
The news shows some of the relics that would be on display, but one relic in particular caught Shido's eye.
