Episode 12: School

We start the episode off in Ethan's classroom where we left off last time after the substitute teacher introduced herself. The teacher, Mrs. Nezumo, stands in the front of the class emitting a radiant smile as the boys stare in awe of her beauty and the girls look with jealousy, all except Kaguya, Yuzuru, and Ethan. Ethan looks at the teacher with unknown suspicion, and the twins feel a sense of unease from Nezumo.

Nezumo: Looks around the class. "Ok everyone, why don't we begin?" She says as she turns around and begins teaching.

As the camera zooms in on a concerned Ethan, the camera changes to Hunter and Ravi in Ravi's basement as they talk on the phone with Hiwa.

Hiwa: Driving his police car. "So any idea where the monster went since yesterday?"

Ravi: "Unfortunately no." He said typing on his computer.

Hunter: "I drove almost all night looking for Nezuma and that other rat Gurongi, but nothing." He said rubbing his eyes.

Hiwa: "Don't worry Hunter, make sure you get some rest. I'm sure the Gurongi will show up sooner or later." He says as he hangs up.

Ravi finishes typing something on his computer and sends it.

Ravi: "Phew, that's done." He said wiping his brow.

Hunter: "Ravi, I have a question." He said as Ravi turned around. "Shouldn't you be in school with Ethan too?" He asked getting a chuckle from Ravi.

Ravi: "Actually, I am. I'm just homeschooled." He said getting a confused look from Hunter. "It means to do my schooling in the comfort of my own home." He says spinning in his chair. "I actually finished an essay just now while we were talking to Hiwa." He said as if he was bragging.

Hunter: Looks in surprise. "Wow, there's so much I don't know." He said before turning his face into a serious expression. "But there's someone who knows something too."

Ravi: "What do you mean?" He asked confused.

Hunter: "It's Nightmare." He said receiving a shocked look from Ravi. "She knows about the SAD."

Ravi: "What, how!? Did she see you use it?"

Hunter: "I don't know, but I know one thing." He said sitting up.

Ravi: Gives him a puzzled look. "And that is?"

Hunter: "I need sleep." He said before passing out on the couch.

Ravi playfully rolls his eyes and turns back to his computer to do more work, not noticing a head slowly peaking from the shadows as the time skips to after school. Inside the school, a janitor is scene mopping the floors of the hallway, and when he enters Ethan's classroom, he notices Nezumo standing by Ethan's desk.

Janitor: "Eh? Excuse me? What are you doing ma'am?" He asked holding the mop with both hands.

As Nezumo turns around, she gives him a radiant smile as the janitor watches her in confusion and then terror as he lets out a loud scream as the camera pans outside into the hallway and then outside the school as the scene changes to the next day. As students began walking inside the school, Ethan walks up to the entrance of the building with his skateboard on his shoulders. Inside the building, he gets his school shoes on and proceeds to head to the classroom and sets his skateboard in the corner of the class. Stretching his shoulders, he hears two familiar voices.

Kaguya: "Morning Tadashi." She said with a bit of a morning voice.

Yuzuru: "Greetings; good morning Tadashi." She said behind her sister.

Ethan: "Morning Yamais." He said stretching his arm around his body. "What gives little old me the privilege of speaking with you two?" He said half joking.
